Decent. We stopped to eat here because we were desperate to find a place still open during siesta (our mistake for trying, but we couldn't come any sooner). The restaurant looks very nice and has kind of a French vibe. I appreciated that they played jazz and not the usual bossa nova remixes of popular songs or just pop from the radio. The waitress was really nice to us and spoke English quite well, helping us to pick from the menu. We had a seafood paella from the standard menu, which was okay. The Spanish staple bread and olives were very good. From the daily menu, we had tortellini with cheese sauce, grilled chicken breast, soup, and fish of the day. The tortellini were a bit disappointing. They were a bit cold, and the sauce had hardly any taste. The chicken breast was okay and came with fries, but most likely, they were the type that come in a freezer bag. On the other hand, I think we had a problem with the soup. They had 2 types available. The first was grandma's soup and had a lot of meat, the other was a cream vegetable soup, according to our waitress. We asked for the vegetable soup, and I think we received the other one because it contained bacon or jamon. Normally, this might not be a big issue, but the person who ordered this is pisquetarian, so they didn't really appreciate the taste of meat in their soup. Moving on, the fish of the day was gallo, which we later found out is called John Dory fish in English. It was pretty good, but it came with a green salad with balsamic vinegar, of which the person who ordered it is not a fan. For dessert, we had an apple pie, which was pretty good and came with a little bit of whipped cream. We also had the vanilla ice cream. I asked the waitress how many scoops there were per portion, and she said one. I thought this was perfect, as I was already quite full from the meal. Turned out the one scoop was about the size of a large orange or almost 3 normal ice cream scoops. I managed to finish it, but it was just okay. For drinks, we had sangrias. They came in large G&T glasses and were quite tasty, but sadly, I was too full to finish mine. Overall, we had mixed opinions with the meal. It wasn't horrible, but not fantastic either. Maybe a bit overpriced for the quality. Looking at the other reviews, this place seems better for breakfast or brunch. Sometimes you win,...
Read moreVery disappointed. It looks just luxury that's all. Rest is bad. I got green salat very old, was brown, black, rotten! I was shocked. I have never seen it before. Other shock was toalet, very dirty, horrible smell, no toalet paper, no soap. I had to go wash hand to men's toalet. After all this i did not want to eat anything else. I told to waitress, but i got not any sorry. In beginning friendly. Waiter was friendly. But it's absolutely unbelievable, looks luxury, not cheap, i would not recommend. So pitty i forgot to...
Read moreWe got the menu del día. Please note that the empandas are either ham and cheese or beef and egg. The waiter told us it was a cheese empanada and when we cut it open we saw that there was ham in it. They replaced it with the beef empanada no problem. The desserts were nothing special (flan and panna cotta). We got the roast potatoes and received a baked potato. I was happy with the flank steak though (not the best I've ever had, but decent), although my sister received her steak with a hair on the plate 😮 they quickly...
