Prepare yourself to be amazed! You are in for a superb dining experience, premium quality, and that will cost you a premium price but you will feel like it was well worth it.

What stuck with me was that food is what you'd get in top-notch Michelin-starred restaurants but the atmosphere is far from those aloof feelings typical of those places, on the contrary, it's warm and feels like you're in your casual local bar with your best buddies. What is greater than having 5-star food but being relaxed enough as if you were at a friend's house?

The service is attentive and friendly, the servers are patient and professional. They take their time to explain anything you might need and make proper recommendations.

The plates are on a smaller size, so if you have a big appetite you will have to order quite a bit, however, every single item was a hit. Each dish is creative, with perfectly combined flavors, nicely balanced, textures on point, and the presentations are stunning. A work of art comes to your table every time.

It's difficult to suggest individual dishes because I can say that everything is fabulous but the Ceviche was something supernatural.

Don't forget the cocktails! They are another experience in themselves. Same standard of beautiful presentation and great flavor combinations to choose from.

This hidden spot deserves more recognition than it has. Hard to sing enough praises for them and I will be thinking about this experience...

Absolutely terrible experience. Unethical people and this place should be avoided. BEWARE. I will give them a chance to resolve this, but have yet to see it. €160 fee!

It was a birthday dinner and we couldn’t get to the dinner in time as the bus was delayed from the city we were coming from, so we had to cancel the reservation. There was NO mention of a fee in the reservation email or during the cancellation process. However I receive a charge for €160! Additionally, before I even so the charge, my gf spoke to them on the phone (which was before our scheduled time) when they asked if we will not make the dinner. And she mentioned why we were behind. They then said that we would be charged a fee. Then she said she didn’t see anything about a fee. And just informed them that we will just come to the dinner then. But then she said we can come, but we will still pay a fee since it was already charged and they aren’t able to refund it.

This makes no sense. Gf was upset and I called back. And the lady asked how many people in the party and I said 4. Then she said “oh you wouldn’t be charged a fee if it’s only 4 in the reservation”. I thought it was done.

Fast forward some hours, I receive an email showing the fee they promised would NOT charged. And this is after we said we would come in to eat. I’ve never seen this type of action from a restaurant. I’ll await...

RUN TO KUOCO! GET OFF GOOGLE AND MAKE THE RESERVATION NOW!

We recently revisited Kuoco 360 in Madrid, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Our visit in 2019 was great, but last weekend’s dining adventure was on another level entirely.

This time, we indulged in the tasting menu with wine pairing, and each dish was better than the last. The menu featured:

• smoked eel crunchy flower • oyster “la spéciale” n1 huîtres poget • garlic-thai shrimp • viva mexico! • siu mai tom kha gai • lima-milan raviolis • laksallesa • aged duck • predessert • oriental mandarin

Every bite was a revelation, showcasing the perfect blend of flavors from around the world. The staff, however, were the real stars of the evening. Professional, knowledgeable, and passionate, they took the time to explain each dish, detailing the ingredients and the thought process behind each pairing. Their dedication to creating a unique gastronomical experience was evident in every interaction.

A delightful surprise was seeing our waiter from five years ago, still there and as enthusiastic as ever. This consistency speaks volumes about the passion and commitment of the team at Kuoco 360.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, don’t wait any longer. Make your reservation at Kuoco 360 now – you...

By far our best meal in Madrid, and in fact the best meal we’ve eaten out in quite some time. The place is small and has a cool vibe, with servers who speak good English and who explain everything in detail as it arrives at your table. The food is Asian fusion, and all of the flavors worked so well together. Presentation was also lovely and creative. We started with the crispy wontons, which has a savory pork filling topped with a dollop of sweet pineapple chutney. We then shared the aged beef tataki—served cold—which was phenomenal. Thin-sliced, rare beef with a great combination of savory and umami flavors. For mains, I had the mellow beef cheek and my wife got the short rib creamy rice. The beef cheek was TO DIE FOR, cooked for 40+ hours and served with a rich broth of lemongrass, potato, and cheese that melded into a sinfully decadent sauce. Likewise, the creamy rice (which actually contains no dairy) was a surprising twist on classic risotto. We shared and aren’t sure which we liked better, but we demolished both and had there been a rubber spatula on the table, would have cleaned out the serving bowls. It took a little too long to get the bill at the end of the night, but otherwise, everything was perfect. If this hadn’t been our last night in Madrid, we’d definitely be back!
