Impossible not to have fun at this piano bar! It’s a mix of a lounge, piano bar, and karaoke joint, where the later it gets, the more packed and progressively more wild the crowds get. The songs range from old American classics to what sounded like vintage Spanish tunes, all being crooned out by a rotating pair of singer and piano player. Some reviews complained about the overpriced drinks and a tourist trap vibe, but when I went, all I saw and people I talked to were locals. The drinks were what you would expect to pay for a stand-alone place like this. Staff were all friendly enough and more importantly got your drink to you fast. One of the most memorable places I went to in Madrid. Drunken revelry at its best!

Hidden in a sort of a building basement in Calle Almante right in Chueca district, this piano bar will change your point of view when it comes to going out with your friends, especially when they say" let have the last on e at Tony 2" ... Next thing you know it's 3am on a regular Tuesday night and the place is full of people and more folks will come until 5am. If you are lucky enough you can seat around the piano and sing along. If you are not a regular, they charge you 12€ with a drink included ( not fare ) Average client is mainly Spanish, over 45. Give it a go.

Easily one of my favourite bars in Madrid: it may not look like much but with people standing around the piano, singing along with the piano players and singers to both Spanish and a few English songs - there is no place I’ve found like it! People are friendly and it is something different! Worth every penny!12 Euro entrance but it includes one drink. The mixed drinks are 10-11 euros so it’s bad! Arrive at 12 and stay until 2:30/3:00! People loosen up and it gets better and better

I'm going to be brutally honest but for a tourist, Toni 2 is pretty cool but once is enough. People say to visit late because the later it is, the drunker people are. By 3am, everybody was so drunk and having so much fun, Toni 2 really was a crowded place of drunk people and a giant piano. And the pianist doesn't get tired all night long! That's how amazing he is!!

And "crowded" I really mean crowded! But it's crowded because the venue is so weirdly furnished. The tables and sofas take up half the venue and the giant piano takes up the other half. People stand obviously between the tables, sofas, and the piano... and these "standing" spaces are your walking space.

My flatmate didn't enjoy the drunk people at all, she's also not a drinker. I think she wanted to meet people but nobody was sober enough to hold any intelligent conversation.

Now is it worth the trek and money? I think if you have a night to spend, why not spend it at Toni 2 with local Spanish people, lots of drinks, and a piano? There are sofas if you need to sit. If you're having fun, everyone is having fun. I didn't regret visiting here!! It was a good night.

But if your schedule is busy and you need to miss this, it's okay. I'm sure your drunk parties with your own friends are...

In my lifetime, I had my share of drunk parties and good times surrounded by drunk people, both being sober and completely drunk. Toni 2 is like that. Everybody is nice and friendly, drinks are expensive, everybody is singing and enjoying themselves. Everyone isn't singing with the piano, they're singing with each other.

I knew none of the songs they played so I lip read some guy and we sang together.

If you're not into this, you're not going to enjoy Toni 2. My flatmate didn't enjoy the drunk people at all, she's also not a drinker. I think she wanted to meet people but nobody was sober enough to hold any intelligent...
