Seriousness zero! Do not attempt to take any reservation by phone, because the Owner will take the reservation at the time you like, even if he doesn't have any spot at all. His intention is only to attract to his restaurant as much people as possible. I reached the restaurants with my family, and the restaurant was completely full, he told me to wait 1h or to go somewhere else. I told him about the reservation, he said it is what it is...without even apologize. I was quite disappointed, because there are quite a lot of good review about the pizza, but mostly made by people the do not know what is Neapolitan pizza, because the Margherita I saw, while the Owner was treating me badly, looked very chewy, not cooked well, almost raw on one side, and overburdened on the other side. Tomato was with the oregano, like the one of Pizza Hut (Neapolitan pizza except Marinara wants basil!!!!!) and mozzarella cheese seemed like plastic. Basically no quality for the ingredients, just...

We reserved a table at 21. Despite that, we waited for about 45 minutes to get seated. They made us sit in a table that didn’t fit all of us, and they asked us to order so we said that weren’t gonna order anything until the moment we all had a proper seat. It took another 30 minutes. Once ordered the food, two pizzas weren’t with all the ingredients they were supposed to. In addition to that, we had to order the drinks twice because they didn’t bring them. As soon as we finished to eat we were asked to give up a table because “there were other people waiting”, all this while we were still drinking and we weren’t yet to leave the place yet. The waiters were fine and nice, the owner had an attitude the all time despite all this being only his fault. WORST...

This place is to be avoided at all costs. The owner is a dreadful man who is abusive both to the service staff and to the customers. One of the service staff got our order slightly wrong and he chastised them publicly for the mistake. The mistake meant that one item had to be taken away and we had to reorder part of our main course. We were assured it would take 5 minutes but the owner interfered with it so that it arrived much later than it would normally. Essentially, he blamed his service staff and his customers for the loss in takings incurred by having to take a dish away.
