O'Faro Finisterre — Restaurant in Madrid

I have to say it’s the WORST place I have been on the planet. ❌They have juicer but they don’t make fresh orange juice ❌One Small glass of orange juice cost 2.8 euros. They even wanted to give me a big one which is different from other guests. SCAM for tourists ❌Every clerk ignored the guests even though they try asking for help ❌The owner refused to speak English and wouldn’t take my order until I use Google Translate speaking Spanish. ❌The owner said something impolite in the beginning and at last, impolite, uncultured and a shame !

Fuimos 3 amigas recomendadas por el Hostal Valencia situado en la gran Vía muy cerquita de alli para desayunar. Llegamos y habrían unas 3 -4 mesas dentro desayunando ,nos sentamos para desayunar y una de nosotras se fue al baño mientras nos sentamos mi amiga con tan mala suerte fue acercarse la silla a la mesa y se pillo su dedo entre el tapiz de la silla y el hierro...la uña hecha a ñicos impresionante.....llame a uno de los camareros que porfavor nos trajera algo para taponar la herida y al ver que tardaba cogí una servilleta y pregunté a las personas q estaban allí desayunando que donde había un centro de salud o hospital más cercano ..porque allí no salía nadie a socorrenos,vi q pasaba la policía por la puerta y salí y nos pararon un taxis y nos llevó al hospital más cercano..allí nadie se inmutó como si la cosa no fuera con ellos alucinante lñ actitud de los trabajadores...mi amiga le tuvieron que reconstruir la uña y dedo no tuvo ganas de denuncia porque ese mismo día volvíamos par valencia..pero su baja y dedo costo pasta a la q una vez enfriada la cosa no se han querido hacer cargo. ..el dueño un mal educado q habla fatal y dice que no hay testigos...y sus trabajadores personas incompetentes que no saben actuar ante una situación así....no pudimno.desayunar dada la situacion pero ya viendo los comentarios .....espero que el karma te lo devuleva porque seguro que como esta situación habrás tenido más.
