Lassagna — Restaurant in Madrid

Lassagna delivers mixed results that showcase both the restaurant's potential and significant shortcomings. The actual house-made lasagna was delicious, showcasing the difference that fresh, in-house preparation makes compared to pre-made alternatives.

The generous portion ensures excellent value while satisfying even hearty appetites, demonstrating the restaurant's commitment to providing substantial servings that leave customers satisfied. The great taste of beef and bolognese sauce highlights quality ingredients and proper technique, with the meat sauce delivering the rich, slow-cooked flavors that define authentic Italian lasagna.

Unfortunately, the supposedly truffle mushroom pizza was terrible - thick, doughy, and barely containing any hint of truffle flavor. As a whole, I ate just one slice and left the rest because it was horrible. This represents a complete failure in both execution and ingredient quality, especially disappointing given the premium implications of truffle in the name.

To be fair to Lassagna, when I complained about the pizza to the manager on duty, he made the dish complimentary so I did not have to pay for it. This demonstrates good customer service and accountability - kudos to him for handling the situation professionally and making it right.

The stark contrast between the excellent lasagna and the awful pizza suggests inconsistent kitchen performance, though the management's willingness to address complaints shows they care about customer satisfaction and are responsive...

We were really hungry looking for a good deal around Madrid, it was around 16:00 which means “nap time” in this country, me and my friends found ourselves rejected in almost all restaurants around the area cause they close for 4 hours until we found this amazing spot. 🤯

To start it is attended by the owner I believe and it seems like he really love what he does, the food was absolutely amazing and well served perhaps it was looking really fancy, they mainly focus on 2 starters 2 main dishes and 4 different desserts and to be honest I hate those restaurants with 3 pages of silly names, the service and cleaning of everything was up to date including covid rules. All of this for just 12€! I cannot believe that we had such an amazing experience there I will definitely recommend this to anyone that is hungry in Madrid, they also include their brand in everything you see there and accept different payment types. Stunning experience !!

Fuimos unas amigas y yo una noche para cenar y nada más entrar el único chico que había en el restaurante nos dijo “Lo sentimos ahora mismo solo tenemos lasaña y ensaladas”. Al parecer las noches son de lasaña y cerveza… Igual soy yo que no lo vi pero no había ningún cartel avisando de que ese iba a ser nuestro “menú”.

No le damos mucha importancia e igual pedimos para comer, la carta no es muy amplia pero esa noche se redució aún más. Pedimos unos tequeños, una ensalada burrata y una lasaña, todo para compartir todas. Una cantidad buena, no estaba mal pero eso de que es casero… no sé yo. La lasaña del Mercadona está mucho mejor, la verdad. Estoy segura de que era comida precalentada porque además tenía toda la pinta de estar ya preparado, por no decir que escuchamos el microondas. Los tequeños estaban bien, también te digo perfectamente pueden ser comprados, la ensalada estaba buena y la lasaña pues pff.. prefiero la del supermercado.

Los postres fue más de lo mismo pero la cantidad era risible para lo que estabas pagando. Una tarta de tiramisú y una de tres leches, más que tartas eran yogures por cuatro/tres euros. Las dos compradas de algún lado, las tres leches estaba super seca y la de tiramisú dejaba que desear.

Si te fijabas bien el sitio pues no estaba muy bien cuidado pero entiendo que son cosas que a veces pasan, no pasa nada. En el baño me encontré una araña de patas largas que me cagué encima. Pero como tal no estaba sucio el baño.

Para ser un sitio que se cataloga italiano pues la verdad es que dudoso por la música de ambiente que nos pusieron, entre el reguetón y el kpop que empezó a sonar. Lo que pasó después fue ya algo surrealista, apareció más gente en el local pero era gente amigo del camarero y practicamente había más personal que clientes en el lugar, un VIERNES POR LA NOCHE.

Mis amigas y yo decidimos irnos, por no decir que sentimos que nos estaban echando, ya que se nos retiraban la cosas nada más ver que no estábamos tocando los cubiertos. En fin, no nos quisieron dar ticket de la cuenta y se lo pasaron a una amiga por correo. A saber que pondrá en ese ticket.

De verdad, de casero tiene poco en la comida y la verdad es que ni de broma volvería, fuimos por la reseñas que tenía y la verdad es que no sé dónde ven lo mágico y genial que es el sitio. Los precios están altos por la zona que es pero no recomiendo para nada este sitio, en frente hay un Vips que quiera o...
