I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant simply walking by one afternoon. Intrigued by the gorgeous jasmine-lined facade, I popped inside and made a reservation for that evening. Everything about this place is just perfect. Seems to be a real locals' haunt. The interior is cozy and the lighting some of the best I've seen in a restaurant. Hushed conversation and light jazz music fills the candlelit dining room. I was traveling solo, and this was the perfect, quiet spot for dinner for one at the end of a long day. The atmosphere and staff are exceptional! We took my mother here when she visited from the states, and it ended up being her favorite place! The staff spoke both English and Spanish, and we're very pleased to explain the dishes. They also recommended a very good wine to go with the meal; and were very attentive during the service.
