We spent an absolutely wonderful evening at this restaurant – from the very first moment, we felt like warmly welcomed guests rather than just customers. Gustavo greeted us with such kindness and a genuine smile that we immediately felt at home. He is a host with true passion and love for what he does – every dish he recommended was spot on.
The octopus was simply outstanding – perfectly tender, juicy, with a delicate hint of spices that enhanced rather than overpowered the fresh taste of the sea. The lightly charred exterior added just the right touch of character. And the Greek moussaka… pure poetry! Creamy eggplants, tender meat, silky béchamel, and a perfect balance of spices – every layer felt like a small culinary masterpiece.
The experience was completed by the excellent service – friendly, attentive, and discreet. Read more10/10! I spent an entire evening here with a pretty large group and everyone had nothing but good things to say. The food is far from the typical high priced low quality tourist traps that feel like they've taken over the center at times. This place has simple, but excellently executed dishes, a good selection of spirits and well made cocktails. However the best part of the night was the staff. Sometimes it feels like hospitality is dead in Madrid, but they've certainly turned that around. The staff was attentive but didn’t hover, they patiently offered assistance with the menu, kindly answered questions, and were just simply nice. Their smiles and laughter alone are enough to keep you coming back. My friends were quite impressed by the experience. Please don't change a thing! We will see...

This restaurant, open for just four months, absolutely exceeded expectations. The grilled octopus and stuffed artichokes with shiitake mushrooms in tomato sauce were to die for - beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care.
Gustavo, the owner, and his team were incredibly kind and attentive, happily answering all my questions about the menu.
