A little Mexican tasca near Antón Martín market. La Rebonita is well presented with quirky thoughtful decor and lovely staff. The menu follows suit with a nice selection of starters, tacos and sharing dishes, and a thorough drinks menu with some interesting takes on margaritas (we'll save the experimentation for next time!) On this visit we went for the classic marg and a few tacos (prawn and sudadero beef), as well as the Swiss enchiladas. The food was delicious, fresh and flavoursome, and the margaritas was made up on the spot, which is a big 👍 The only small let down was the atmosphere, which was unusually quiet for a Mexican restaurant. Maybe a little background music would do the trick!

This is arguably the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. The menu is vast and it did not disappoint. Every single item was delicious - prawn enchiladas, pork tacos, birria lamb tacos, vegetables. The michelada drink was also perfectly prepared and had a great kick. The service was very friendly and there was very nice décor as well.

Margarita good, guacamole very good. Enchiladas suizas were terrible. Someone who doesn't know how to make tomatillo sauce not bitter, sour, chicken inside just boiled, unseasoned, homemade tortillas were hard and difficult to cut with knife and fork. Would go again for drinks and guacamole only.

Terrible experience right of the bat thanks to a guy stating to be the owner. Really shocking actually coming from an owner, didn’t even had the pleasure to try the food because of his lack of customer service and poor criteria. Probably his first business because never In my years of traveling I’ve been questioned by a server about my order! Or my only other thought is he didn’t know how a michelada is prepared (Believe me there’s a lot of ways/ingredients) which was all I wanted to know. Nevertheless the girl at the bar was AMAZING and knew how to handle the situation well, like and owner should. Shame, it looked like a good spot.
