Oh, what an enchanting journey I had at this marvelous restaurant! As a tourist exploring this beautiful city, stumbling upon this gem was nothing short of a delightful surprise. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was captivating, the service was impeccable, and the cocktails were simply out of this world.

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. They expertly guided me through their impressive cocktail menu, which was a masterpiece in itself. The array of unique concoctions and classic favorites left me spoilt for choice, and I couldn't wait to dive into this delectable adventure.

The first cocktail I ordered was OAXACA, and let me tell you, it was an absolute masterpiece! The blend of flavors, the artful presentation, and the attention to detail made it an experience that I will cherish forever. It was as if the mixologist was an artist, crafting a symphony of tastes that danced on my taste buds.

As I savored each sip, I couldn't resist ordering another one, this time opting for one of their classic cocktail SEXY PALOMA. And once again, I was blown away! The attention to quality ingredients and the skillful preparation truly set this place apart. I appreciated the passion that the bartenders poured into every drink, elevating the simple act of enjoying a cocktail into a memorable event.

But the magic didn't end there. The ambiance of the restaurant was enchanting, with a perfect blend of cozy and sophisticated elements. The dimmed lights and tasteful decor added to the overall charm, creating an intimate and comfortable setting to enjoy the evening.

The staff's attentiveness and knowledge were noteworthy. They patiently answered my questions about the cocktails and even shared some intriguing stories behind their creations. I truly felt like a welcomed guest, and their genuine passion for mixology made the entire experience even more exceptional.

In conclusion, if you're in the area or even if you have to travel a little out of your way, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit for any cocktail enthusiast. So we were due to meet at Agabar for a pre-wedding greet - there was to be around 25 - it was Sunday - and we knew you could not book - when we arrived (5 of us) we were told that our party was too large .. it was empty they said they could not accommodate us. When I ask why I was told it they only had two staff members on service.

Now given it was empty - tables outside had "Reserved" on them I could be wrong but it was almost like they did not want the business.

Our Daughter spoke with the staff - and same response. We went to Bar that accepted our money and service. She asked why the tables had reserved on them as when she had contacted them she was told they did not accept bookings. She was again told it was due to only having two staff on duty.

Summary - Agabar's must be really doing well if they can afford to turn away paying customers. If you want a Strawberry Dakari - you will be out of luck - do idea what it was....

Maybe if operating a Cocktail Bar you may wish to look it up.

Most of our party was Aged 30+ and happy to spend. Pity Agabar's did not want...

My girlfriend and I visited here after being recommended it by a local and it was absolutely brilliant. We were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar so we could see the drinks be made and could speak with the bar staff too, and it was an all round fantastic experience.

We were served by Cristian, who asked us for our preferences and then served us drinks based on what he thought we would like and he wasn't wrong once! We had 8 cocktails in total between us, with the highlights definitely being the two variants of The Last Word and a jalapeño tequila old fashioned, with the average price of a drink being around €9. These were not your basic mojito or strawberry daiquiri either, these were high quality ingredients used to make cocktails with a lot of care and by someone with a clear passion as a mixologist.

I can't recommend this place enough. If I was back in Palma I would 100% go again and likely multiple times. Hands down some of the best drinks I have ever tasted. Thank you again to Cristian for making our last night in...
