Bar El Pincho — Restaurant in Palma

Bumped into this place the first morning when we were going to check in to the hostel as it was on the way!

We ordered chicken cheese baguettes and salami ham baguettes, not knowing we would get a whole piece of it. The taste was really good and the baguette was quite fresh. Juice was also freshly made. As it is a single person shop, the wait time for meals to be made was long but worth it. All in all, 5/5

Went there the 2nd time a few days later, ordered the same stuff. The chicken baguette this time was a bit dry as it was missing cocktail sauce, which was there in the first time I ate it. There were also not many veggies (missing onion, carrots, etc) in it as compared to the first time. Could also be the case since the person at the shop was different the 2nd time. You won’t believe this when you look at the place but I promise this place has THE BEST CROISSANT IN PALMA! It’s a 100% butter-made croissant 🥐 and I have lived in Paris and this can totally compete

This bar is a simple place maybe not fancy but they make up for it with really good food, excellent service and just the energy of the whole thing is sooo cozy. Their orange fresh juice is also one of the best in Palma. The only small thing I'd welcome is if they changed their coffee to Mistral or so hehe

I visited this bar by accident on my walk and was very pleasantly surprised. I've dined in gorgeous expensive places in Mallorca and still consider lunching I'm Bar El Pincho as one of the best experiences.
