I visited Brass Palma recently and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They spoke negatively about us right in front of us, assuming we didn’t understand Spanish — but I do, so I clearly understood everything they were saying.

It felt very uncomfortable to be treated like that, especially while just trying to enjoy a drink. Instead of providing good service, the staff laughed and made comments about us in a rude and mocking way.

The drinks themselves were nothing special — quite average and not worth the attitude we received.

I would not recommend this place. No one deserves to be treated poorly by staff, especially when they are paying customers.

Recientemente visité Brass Palma y, lamentablemente, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. El personal fue extremadamente poco profesional y grosero. Hablaron negativamente sobre nosotros justo delante de nosotros, asumiendo que no entendíamos español — pero sí lo hablo, así que entendí perfectamente todo lo que decían.

Fue muy incómodo recibir ese trato, especialmente cuando solo queríamos tomar algo tranquilamente. En lugar de ofrecer un buen servicio, el personal se reía y hacía comentarios de manera burlona y grosera.

Las bebidas en sí no eran nada especial — bastante normales y definitivamente no valen la pena con ese tipo de trato.

Une expérience absolument géniale au Brass Club de Palma ! Ce n’est pas seulement un bar à cocktails, c’est un véritable temple de la mixologie. J’adore découvrir des cocktails travaillés et recherchés, mais ici, on franchit clairement un cap : chaque verre est pensé comme une création unique, avec un soin incroyable dans la préparation, la présentation et la mise en scène.

Dès l’arrivée, on est accueilli avec un verre d’eau, un détail simple mais qui montre immédiatement le niveau d’attention porté au client. Le service est impeccable : les serveurs sont extrêmement gentils, attentifs et rapides, tout en sachant expliquer et conseiller avec passion. On sent qu’ils connaissent leur métier et qu’ils aiment partager leur savoir-faire.

Les cocktails en eux-mêmes sont une véritable expérience sensorielle. Goûts parfaitement équilibrés, ingrédients originaux, présentations élégantes voire spectaculaires… On a vraiment l’impression de participer à un spectacle, tout en dégustant. C’est à la fois innovant, raffiné et accessible.

L’ambiance est top : chaleureuse, vivante, mais jamais oppressante. Le lieu se remplit vite, ce qui n’est pas surprenant vu la qualité, donc je recommande vivement de réserver une table pour être sûr d’avoir une place.
