We discovered this Italian gelato shop, completely by chance yesterday, right next to the pizzeria we were visiting. My son was so excited to get some ice cream, and I’m so glad we stopped by ,what a wonderful find! The lady who served us was extremely kind, especially with my son. She was warm, friendly, and made him feel special, now he’s already asking to go back! She also offered us several tasting options, which made the experience even more fun. Los helados me parecen caros para lo que ofrecen. El sabor de los mismos es correcto, probamos 3 sabores y el de mango me pareció bastante bueno, el de vainilla muy normal y el de pistacho vegano era bueno, pero sin pasarse. Por las 3 bolas, 9€, y de ahí que me parezcan caros.

Por otro lado, la chica que nos atendió no me gustó. La forma de responder a la pregunta que se le hizo por ser la primera vez que iba a esta heladería, no me pareció nada profesional, incluso mi sensación es que se rió de mi.

"hola Daniel, para empezar pareciera que tu reseña es falsa. entre todos los trabajadores de los dos locales, ninguno te recuerda, podrias especificar en que local fue que te atendieron? aparte de eso, no nadie recuerda haber vendido esos sabores incluso en plaza de la virgen, no habia vainilla ayer y hoy tampoco." Mi reseña no es falsa, ayer (lunes día 17/07) estuve en vuestra heladería de la Plaça Verge del Miracle. Como pagamos con la tarjeta he podido ver incluso la hora a la que estuvimos, no tengo ningún problema en ponerlo: 17:23h. Luego si me acuerdo subo una foto y así compruebas que de verdad estuve allí. No os conozco de nada, así que no gano nada poniendo una reseña falsa. Por cierto, si no voy mal pedimos pistacho+matcha, mango+maracuyá (creo que era así) y vainilla. No entiendo que digáis que ni ayer ni hoy había vainilla, porque a nosotros nos disteis un helado de vainilla.

No voy a comentar más temas de vuestro comentario, salvo que habéis tenido una manera muy elegante la manera de finalizarlo.
