Cute little shop. Quick service, nice staff, good food.

The plain ensaimada was good for what it is (I'm not a huge fan of sweet bread).

When I went (around 1:00pm), they were nearly sold out of all their fresh baked items. And in the few minutes I was there 4 other patrons visited the shop. A popular spot with the locals! I would visit here again to try...

As an English tourist, this little village bakery was incredible! However the staff didn't speak English which made communication a bit tricky. For example i didn't get what I asked for the first time but ended up eating it and then going back the next day and getting that item as it was...

Indiscutiblemente la mejor panadería de Palma (y dudo que en toda Mallorca encuentre una mejor). Con su horno tradicional sacan el mejor pan que hayas podido probar, y de todo tipo (de avena.. Centeno... de masa madre.) , todos igual de buenos, aunque el llonguet es el que le da más fama. Tampoco tiene desperdicio su abanico de dulce y salado, mi preferido es una pequeña "coca" de tomate y queso (en la foto dejo la de berenjena), un espectáculo. Está regentado por una familia mallorquina que te atienden con mucha simpatía y en un ambiente muy familiar. Obligatoria parada para la gente...
