I had made reservations weeks before for dinner via WhatsApp. When we arrived they sat us at a dirty table. When we told our waiter he proceeded to wipe down the table with a filthy rag which smelled horrible, like a sour dirty mop. We used our hand sanitizer and some napkins to clean the table while waiting for them to return once again to clean the table. Not a great first impression. They quickly asked us for our drink order yet failed to show us a menu. Then took a long time to bring our drinks and take our order. They did not have apple juice for a minor nor bottled water so I left the restaurant and walked to a convenience store a block away to purchase these items. The food was not impressive. The nachos were dry, cold and hard. My steak despite having a chimichurri sauce was bland. The ceviche was also lacking spice and flavor. The wait staff was slow and seemed annoyed upon asking for anything. It was also very loud and hard to hold a conversation. They also wanted to charge me for the tap water they bottled in house which we did not drink and finally removed from our bill. I really wanted to like this place but left unimpressed and disappointed.

Nola mola! 🇺🇸🎻🪴 This is one of my fave new places in Palma, up there with Sukata for their amazing sushi burritos, pokes and now baos/ramens. The only other New Orleans food I've had in Spain is in Madrid where I live, so Nola in Palma's trendy Santa Catalina neighbourhood was a pleasant surprise on my most recent trip to my favourite city Delicious Cajun and Creole soul food, small dishes so perfect to try lots of things and share. Happy vibes all around. 🍴Loved the Cajun artichoke pieces (and tasty sauce/dip), fried green tomato (and tasty cheesy sauce) and mussels (tasty sauce!!!) and many more options like Po'boys, Creole ceviche, Nachos or Wings. The team is very friendly and there is a chilled yet fun international crowd. Quirky and cool / arty decoration all over, make sure you look up as well BONUS: The garden is lovely!!!

Amazing restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, Spain cheeky place full of art and rustic building. The waiters were amazing and the cocktails were nicely and beautifully delivered by the Great Carlos Bolekia when you visit this place ask for Carlos Bolekia the African guy he is amazing, friendly and passionate about making the best cocktails ever served. My blonde friend went for the Dirty Nola cocktail and I went for "the skull" a lovely bittersweet cocktail some would say sweet. The one with the Skull. We also had a Mojito and some mango chunks mixed with onions. Sounds like a crazy mixture but it tastes amazing . I would definitely come back as soon as I can from England. Best time to go it's between 7pm till 11pm then it's gets really busy.

We dropped in here, waiter was very nice, but owner(?) behind the bar was very brusque. Restaurant was empty except for one other table, which we were seated next to, with two young girls who literally lit up a cigarette once a minute - no, I am not kidding - and then blew the smoke directly onto us. After 10 minutes, we (finally) got to order and I asked if we could move to another table (restaurant was still empty) and was told no, it's not possible - all the other tables were reserved. Baffling, since all of the tables are the same, none of them have a better view or are better or worse in any way. I got up and explained the situation to the waiter, and said we'd be leaving as soon as we'd eaten so it wouldn't be a problem for whoever was coming. Finally, very reluctantly, she took it up with the owner, at which point I understood why. He exploded! Started screaming, shaking his head. But we got to move, at which point the owner came out and slammed down metal RESERVED signs on every single table: boom, boom, boom, boom. Frankly, it was a bit terrifying, and I seriously considered just paying and leaving without eating but my girlfriend said she was too scared to do it. Food was ok, toilet was disgusting. Don't eat here - there are far better...

I had the worst service of my whole life at this place. I will never recommend it. I booked a table for 20 people on the terrace to celebrate my 40th birthday with my friends in advance. The staff told me that there was no problem at all, that they could even booked the whole terrace for us and I just needed to pay 200 eur to confirm the booking but I had to do it in person. On the 5th of September I went in person to pay. On the day of the dinner I informed them that we will be late but we are coming for sure and they confirmed that there is no problem. When we arrived they did not secured the table for us at all, they did not inform me about this beforehand and the person in charge was disrespectul and rude. I had to ask for my 200 eur back and they even gave them to me in small tickets and coins. We were travelling all from far away and it was my birthday party with all the trouble and stress to find a place for dinner at 22:45. They said they wanted to call me to inform me about the booking but they never did. I will not recomend this place to anyone. One of my friends arrived early and was in the terrace to check and they never booked the table for us.This service is not normal at all in Spain. I am extremelly...
