Restaurante Diner — Restaurant in Palma

This joint is usually my first destination when I get to the island. It's those Nachos New Mexico that I dream about on the airplane to PMI, because they are the best outside of Los Angeles and Austin. Perfection. But the menu should offer something to just about any hungry traveler, and Christina, the American-Spanish owner who runs the place, is always down for a friendly chat, which is something I often miss since leaving the USA.

I've been going to this diner for a very long time, even when it was in its original location. However, the quality has really gone down hill, it isn't the same as before. I understand that the pandemic really hit them hard, and that's why certain items can't be made anymore. However, if the place should thrive, many things need to be implemented and changed. Place is dirty and the raw burger made me sick.

I don't know how to respond so I hope this does the trick.

I did tell the server and they did cook it more, but this is the second time I"ve had a raw burger from you guys, and when you take it apart and cook it properly, it loses all it's cheese.
