Pizzería Ca'n Pelut — Restaurant in Palma

⭐ A true gem in Palma! ⭐

We had a wonderful time at this pizzeria with a stunning view of the port. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and perfectly advised by our waiter (Asensio) , who was attentive to our every wish throughout the meal. He was always present with discretion and a friendly smile, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Asensio was absolutely lovely and brought two bowls for our dog — one with fresh water and the other with ham. We have never experienced such thoughtful attention towards our little dog before. She absolutely loved it, and so did we!

We started with a perfectly cooked octopus appetizer — tender and full of flavor. For the main course, the stuffed ravioli were simply delicious, with perfect cooking and a well-balanced filling. For dessert, we couldn’t resist trying the pistachio tiramisu and another one with Kinder Bueno — both were absolutely delightful, original, and indulgent!

What also stood out to us was the attentiveness of the entire team towards their customers: professional, discreet, and friendly service. This is definitely a great spot to remember! If we come back to Palma, we will make sure to dine here again.

Looking at reviews I head straight to this restaurant to kill my hunger.

The first staff whom I requested for a table asked me to wait since I didn’t have a reservation. 15 minutes into waiting I observed empty tables and I then asked second staff if there were any vacant tables, and the answer was to wait more. After 30 minutes and looking at the tables that were still not occupied, I then asked the manager for a table, where I was given a place to sit at the street which had only a chair and not a desk. HOW ON THE EARTH WOULD YOU EXPECT ME TO DINE IN WITH ONLY A CHAIR?

I later asked the manager to swap me onto the vacant tables when in I could eat comfortably, and the answer was that the tables were reserved. But the same was given to the person who came after me and was waiting with me for a place to eat.

Finally, I ended up waking away and killed my hunger at a local restaurant.

It would have been great if the staff had told me that there weren’t any free tables instead of making me wait for 30 minutes and being discriminated.

I hope the food at your place tasted good which yielded you good reviews, but please consider improving...

The worst place to eat in Mallorca, Shunned down on the nearest table and mumbled to about another table being reserved. Menus were dashed onto the table, chucked down, quickly and carelessly. The staff and manager were too in a rush to serve everyone else and there is a “bums on seats and out you go as soon as possible”, lots of rushing around and bumping into tables. There atmosphere was as if to keep revenue rolling and had 0/10 for customer service. Drinks did not come after I ordered until I stated that I’ve been waiting ten minutes - they then arrived warm and as if they were poured out of a jug. I took them back and was served kindly by ONE member of staff from the whole bunch.

The starter was then wrong- after waiting twenty minutes. The min was served undercooked and the sauce was incorrect for one.

No soap in women’s bathroom.
