BAR CUBA COLONIAL S.L. — Restaurant in Palma

Let me share this with you. We had been there for about an hour. We had a decent time, dancing laughing.. when we went to leave, we saw numerous people leave through a glass door.. it said exit.. So we left through the same door .. a bouncer grabbed my girlfriend, she is black and blue on her arm where she was grabbed, he said you will not leave from here in spanish. I complained to the guy and he raised his arms to me. I said dont do that.. or you will have a problem....Then the guy escorted all 7 of us .. guess were ..yup through the same glass door where we going to leave. People must learn to keep there hands to themselves.. please don't go there. Maybe they learn. There are many other places to go and have fun. The guy should be fired.. .. again please don't go there.. not nice a place. And it was way over...

Worst place on island!!!! They ignored us at the bar for 30 mins. Sent to the bar in the down floor saying they have no alcohol at the bar in the upper floor, although kept selling cocktails. Downstairs at the bar the bar keeper sent us back again to the upper bar, saying they have no ingredients for Caipirinha downstairs. We kept raining hands, giving signs to get noticed for an order, but they did everything possible at the bar from talking each other to picking the empty bottles from everywhere but not taking our order. 4 bar keepers at the bar, 30 mins wait and no damn drink? Seriously? What’s this...

We went there for dinner. The setting is pleasant, the food tasty. However, the service is disappointing. The staff is constantly talking at the bar and tries to ignore you as much as possible. If you order a drink to accompany your meal, you should count yourself lucky that you get the chance to order it on the one hand, and that the order gets through on the other. With us it was only partly and to get them back afterwards is hell. (And no the restaurant was not full... )The staff is not trained enough to be in this kind of business. Very unfortunate.
