Menson Rondeño was my favourite restaurant in Ronda during our November trip to Spain in 2022! We visited this restaurant for lunch after having spent the morning walking around the town.
The Food: They had a varied menu when we visited which included grilled meats, fish, starters and a variety of Paellas! Its was the paella that we came to try as up until that point I had never had paella and Menson Rondeño did not dissapoint! We ordered the chicken paella and it was amazing, each bite was full of flavourful! It came with two lemon wedges to squeeze as you please and the dish was garnised with orange slices giving it a wonderful citrusy flavour. The portion was more than enough for two people
The Staff: The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive.
Layout & Decor: As we walked along the C. Pedro Romero alley we came across Menson Rondeño and decided to take a break for some lunch. We sat outside in the alley as the day was beautiful and there was ample seating available. I don't remember much if anything about the interor as we didn't go inside however, sitting outside was so lovely are the weather was nice there was more room outside.
Overall Opinion: Out of our whole trip I think Menson Rondeño was my favourite restaurant! They serve delicious food with a variety of options to choose from along with refreshing drinks. I had been wanting to try paella for a number of years and their chicken paella couldn't have been more perfect! I highly recommend...

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a chicken paella, but it was served with seafood instead. At the same time, the seafood paella we ordered came with chicken instead of seafood. It was a complete mix-up, and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about it.
After we complained about the mistake, the waitress started talking about us in Spanish at the table next to us, clearly assuming we wouldn’t understand. They kept staring at us the entire time, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, the service was overly intrusive, with the waitstaff constantly hovering around our table. Very bad experience—do...
