O Bandullo do Lambón — Restaurant in Santiago de Compostela

I came to this small craft beer joint having seen it in a few articles regarding Santiago’s nightlife. I was not disappointed. The evening I visited, the knowledgable and friendly bar hand explained that there were several Galician craft beers made to international craft beer recipes on tap (a lager, brown ale, West Coast IPA, Hazy DIPA and a sour). A flight of beers was offered so one could taste at least four, which was a nice touch. There were also several local red and white wines (Ribeiro, Godello, Mencia Ribeiro Sacra ) available in branded wine glasses, which was a nice touch. Great selection, expert advice – a top spot for craft beer lovers

This pub is an absolute gem for beer enthusiasts. They offer an excellent variety of beers, including a rotating selection of fresh craft brews on tap. Each one we tried was unique and well-kept – clearly curated with care.

The staff were super helpful and their recommendations were spot on. You could tell they really know their stuff and enjoy sharing their passion.

For us (self-described beer aficionados from Seattle) we had our fill of the local draft beer and were overjoyed to find good craft beers at the end of our pilgrimage. Hector has an impressive selection of all the varieties clearly organized by style. I always appreciate a beer tender who wants to know what you like and make sure you are happy with your beer. Only 3-stars for food, because this really isn't a restaurant -- but the pizzas...
