I popped in for brunch on my last day in Santiago and it turned out to be unpleasant experience, and here is why:
When I finally sat outside, I had to wait too long to get the table clean although the waiter saw it which made me feel unwelcome
He brought my order, and still didn’t clean the table. He only came back when he finally saw me taking pictures of dirty dishes that had been left by previous guests
And I would understand that if there were 10 or more tables to serve but there weren’t
I noticed that I had been overcharged after I left the place:

Prices are more...

Back to this place nice. Knowledgeable staff. The best city in Spain I've found for the coffee is Gijon, amazing adventure there of...
