RACIST door staff- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had booked for sunset our last night in Seville which was also my sisters 40th birthday. I had pre ordered Laurent Perrier rose and agreed to a minimum spend without issue. We arrived, my sister wearing vintage Versace, tiffany jewellery, myself in Sandro head to toe and my husband in a Reiss limited edition shirt and smart shorts. We were wearing Birkenstocks because it was 38 degrees, my sister Manolos.

At this point the door man pointed at my husband and said something in spanish and then bought a man over who said i was ok but that he “could not let HIM in” and again pointed at my husband like he was an object, because of the dress code. i asked why and he said open toed shoes. we all were wearing them. He went on to explain that mine (caucasian) were fine, as were my sisters (also caucasian), but not my husbands. The ONLY DIFFERENCE is the colour of his skin. To make matters worse, as we left and again as we waited for a taxi we watched white females with no bookings, short skirts, cheap flip flops and bras and knickers showing be allowed entry. - they were not enforcing a dress code. they were barring entry to a wealthy Pakistani man because his skin was the wrong colour. I’ve never been so offended in my life! if it was overbooked I’d understand, but it was empty from what we could...

12.40- tres amigos.

Pretentious. Don’t bother. We were scrutinised from top to bottom before we were allowed entrance from a very rude doorman. Took the lift up to the bar to be greeted by no one. Every table we went to were reserved and the staff just looked at us up and down like we were some kind of germ. No greeting or taking us to a table. We managed to find a table for two (we were 4) which wasn’t reserved and pulled another two chairs from other tables. Still no help from the waiters or waitresses. Finally we were served by very rude staff who did not speak a word of English. I know I’m in Spain, but we are in a tourist area, so a small knowledge of English you would think would be a necessity. My husbands beer came first which was banged on the table in front of him, followed by our drinks ten minutes later. My daughters sangria tasted nothing like sangria just over powered with vanilla. Before I even tasted my drink they arrived with the very overpriced bill. Looking at the swimming pool covered in a film of grease was enough to make me want to leave. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Go next door to the Kivir hotel roof terrace. Staff much nicer, drinks better and very reasonably priced...

Attico I guess the name means attic. In Holland you have a saying, het hoog in de Bol hebben. Which loosely translates do having a high attitude. So the name of the bar is correct. At the front door we were screened visually if you did look like the appropriate people to join their spectaculair roof bar… really akward. Only to find at the top of the building a bar with gazillions of waiters. A handful of guests and many “reserved” signs. It took quite long for the drinks to come, and they were visually disappointed that we only ordered a simple beer and soft drink. Before I finished my drink the waiter came up and asked if I could pay the bill, although I was ready to go for another round. BAR POLICY he stated. Fair enough but it doesn’t sound very welcoming. Anyway I enjoyed the sunset but the atmosphere including the loud music and weird staff was a major set down. Pretentious and so called luxurious. But then from temu..

Terrible experience. We were at this bar and ordered two drinks. When the waiter brought them over, he dropped one — not only spilling it on my leg, but also sending glass shards flying. One of them cut my finger (I’ll attach a photo). No one asked if we were okay. A hostess came over briefly, handed me a tiny tissue, and then even took it away moments later. That was the extent of their “help.” There was no apology, no concern, no sense of responsibility. They quickly cleaned the mess, moved our table without really checking if there were still glass pieces around (which there were), and the waiter casually asked if we wanted another drink — obviously, yes. We ended up leaving, and that’s when I realized I was bleeding from the cut. This is basic hospitality: if someone gets hurt in your venue, the minimum you can do is show concern and offer assistance. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable behavior.

The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing, but the service was the worst we’ve experienced in Spain. Despite having around four bartenders behind the bar, we were told we couldn’t order directly and had to wait to be served. Unfortunately, there was only one bartender working the floor, and she spent most of the time on her phone. It was a huge letdown given how great the vibe was, and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes just to get our drinks. When the drinks finally arrived, the Pornstar Martini was overly sweet, tasting more like syrup than a cocktail. Definitely skip that one. On a positive note, the Hugo Spritz was delicious, and I’d recommend it if you’re planning to visit. This spot is all about the atmosphere, but if you value good service, you might want to look elsewhere.
