Croquetas were very tasty. Cool beer, good service and friendly staff. Possibly a four or five star review here. But I could have done without the small metal clip and piece of plastic netting in my food. I know these things happen and I don’t know if the fault lies with the kitchen staff or the supplier, but someone should have been more vigilant. The waiter apologised and said he would tell the chef. Looking more like three stars now. For the next 20 minutes I sat with nothing in front of me and none of the waiters came back to me. Two stars - no way! Can you give zero stars? Eventually I asked for my bill. Fewer than half of the tables were occupied so the waiters weren’t too busy. After a further ten minutes I signalled to request my bill again. Success. And I wasn’t charged for the croquetas. Too late. Lessons in communication and customer...

Buenas, fui con mis amigos a tomarme una cerveza y a ver el fútbol ya que estamos en época de mundial. Después de casi 10 minutos esperando a que el camarero nos limpiara y nos atendiera, vino y le pedimos 3 cervezas. Lo cual a los 5 minutos de pedirla nos la trae y eran 3 copas. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa, que cuando acabo el partido pedimos la cuenta y la sorpresa fue que la cuenta eran de 15 euros. Llamamos a uno de los camareros para que nos explicara la cuenta y una camarera con malas maneras nos empezó a decir que teníamos que haber mirado la carta, lo cual en la mesa no había carta ninguna, ni código QR tampoco, y nos dice que estamos en un bar turístico el cual sólo van personas extranjeras. Le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y nos invito a ir a dentro de el local lo cual nos la tienen que traer a la mesa para eso somos clientes. El trato de la camarera fue un poco pésimo diciendo que si nosotros no sabemos que ese bar era turístico, que en barrios pobres (los pajaritos, polígono norte, polígono sur) estas cervezas la venden al mismo precio, y que si no estamos contento que con no ir suficiente. 30 minutes to get one beer. Server is alone for the whole patio. He forgot my order twice. Never got the nachos I ordered. Left without getting them or even a legit check. Not one apology whatsoever. Be patient if you’re gonna come here but it’s really not worth it. Other restaurants and cafes around here actually care about...
