I concur with the previous review, this place is an institution in itself.
The place specialises in fried fish and of course adobo. The adobo was delightful and I also tried the salchichón which was meaty and rich.
It's completely casual and efficient in every way, come in, park yourself at the bar, make your order and moments after the barman has shouted your order to the chef your food will be in front of your eyes. They then write how much you owe on the bar, so they can keep a casual mental note of the order.
It's irresistible not to order a beer and with that comes some beans covered in what I believe to be some vinegar; they are delicious.

I loved also their fried calamari. Everything in menu cost around 2 euro for small portion, 7 for medium etc. I visited this place many times during my stay.
