I will be direct: do not shop at this store. All of the one star reviews that they have are absolutely correct: the shop people are unhelpful, and I would like to echo, racist. I walked around this store and did not have a singular sales person address me or acknowledge me asking if I needed help. Instead they vaguely frowned in my direction. Conversely, when many different (read: white) store patrons walked in, they were greeted with bright smiles and immediate inquiries into if they needed to be helped. I then tried multiple times to hail a salesperson when I did want help with an item: instead, I had salespeople literally push past me to see if someone else wanted help. What’s even worse, I asked to speak with a manager to tell her about the experience. She instead dismissed my concern claiming everyone must be busy. I then explained to her the nuance of the situation: that I am the only person who is black in the store and I know the other patrons are being helped and being treated differently. This elicited more concern than any other topic I brought up. However, that concern was for themselves: concern at the fact that I could possibly be suggesting that the salespeople are racist. Both the manager and the checkout girl both began to claim that must be “impossible” that I could have experienced what I experienced, gaslighting me to believe that I must have just not been vocal enough in my need. What’s worse, an older man in line began to heckle me, saying that “they aren’t racist” (he did not witness any of my interactions nor was he present for the beginning of this conversation), then proceeding to tell me “stop it stop, I knows your tricks” which I can only assume means me deigning to voice my racism for some benefit?? I simply was letting her know that this experience was not one that I think would be synonymous with the Massimo Dutti brand and that I would have loved to be treated differently. Incredibly disappointing and such a huge let down. This staff (and the brand) should be ashamed...

Big shop with good variety. A lot of good quality leather products. There is a problem with the personel though. Both workers on the first floor were absolutely not helpful. They pretended they were busy with something but in reality they just chilled and chatted. When you asked them something they unwillingly attempted to help. But with all the mimic and body language they were implying that they would rather not. I had a horrible experience in this store. I really liked the store in London so I was looking forward to going to the one in Sevilla. I went to the fitting room and as soon as I walked into the lady gave me a really rude stuck up look and said nothing to me. I stood there waiting for a room and after like a minute she said in a rude attitude “pásale”.
