The Mirador is a rooftop restaurant and is part of the Vincci la Rábida hotel and offers stunning views of the Cathedral of Sevilla. We were hotel guests, and the hotel published the restaurant as one of Sevilla's best restaurants, so we decided to dine there. Since the table assigned to us was not sheltered enough from the wind, we asked for a different one. Nevertheless, since various suitable options were available, we had to discuss our request with the waitress, as she was unwilling to accommodate us. The menu offers sophisticated food. However, the variety is limited. The wine list covers a good choice of regional and national wines. However, the prices are overpriced compared to other restaurants of the same standard. The quality, taste, and presentation of the dishes were good. However, they were all served cold. Therefore the pleasure of eating was limited. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he offered us dessert as compensation. Comparing the friendliness and service quality received in other restaurants in Sevilla, I point out that this restaurant's friendliness and service quality are due to significant improvement. Worst experience in Spain. The service is really bad, food arrives an hour late, the staff is rude and nonchalant. We ordered an 80€ meat and received it raw, apparently you’re supposed to cook it on a hot plancha, (not even a grill, an appliance of mediocre quality that got turned off in the middle of the dinner while the meat was on it) took them 15minutes to fix it.
