Firstly, i would offer zero stars, but that's not an option. Terrible service, terrible pizza. Far far too heavy with cheese on the margarita pizza. I scraped the cheese off three slices (less than a quarter of the pizza), left the burnt crust, and left the rest. In other words, I ate a bit of bread. When I complained (after over a 25 min wait for anyone's attention), I was told neither the server (a young man) nor his boss (an older lady) had any autonomy to resolve a customer's dissatisfaction. I didn't want to pay for the food but they said they didnt have the authority not to charge me. I suggested they call the owner, which they said they couldn't. I'm a lawyer and I wasn't about to risk losing my licence over this. Having looked back at old reviews I can see other negative reviews - I didn't check my bill before I paid as I just wanted to leave when I realised I would be hitting my head against a brick wall, but now wonder whether I was also charged service charge for this awful experience. Not just the food and service, but also the cobwebs and nail cuttings on the shelf thing next to the table I was sat at, which overlooked the downstairs entrance way so a hygiene issue too! I will never go here again, and I suggest others avoid it too. I was perfectly clear with them before I left, so this was a choice to charge a customer who was not happy with the food or service and who had left the inedible food. A refund, even now, would go someway in restoring faith. I retained my card receipt but the two staff members will be able to find my payment too...
Read moreI never let comments before - because of the bad (the worst in my life) experience I had with this restaurant - I decided to inform other potentiel clients to avoid this restaurant. I cas there with my wife second week of August 2016 - a long weekend of 3 days - we decided to visit Seville - after 2 days of "Tapas" we wanted to eat Italian. Initially my wife wanted a spagetti - the waiter said that he recommend us a "home made" tagliatelle - we accepted to follow hiw advice. The worst tagliatelle we ever had in 30 years of foods experience all over the world : some of the tagliatelle were half cooked - still stick together , like a stick - and the portion is very little - and everything was "cold" ... it is not cheap neither - it reminds us many other "tourists traps" that we can find find all over the world .... Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to jeopardize your mood and atmotpshere while visiting this beautiful...
Read moreIt was during the typical Spanish siesta time where most restaurants don’t serve any food. My kids were hungry and wanted proper food. We came here while walking along the area.
We ordered lasagna manzo and bufala pizza. When the pizza came we were a little disappointed to see no chunks of cheese but was told it’s all mixed in and melted. One bite and we approved. The crust is proper think Neapolitan style. The tomatoes were perfect cherry and the cheese was tasty.
The lasagna was out of this world tasty! One of the best I’ve had and I am sure I’ve had many to compare with.
I would definitely recommend to try if you’re looking for Italian food in this area.
(We also ordered a pitcher of sangria blanca and that’s also very tasty and not too alcoholic)
Edit: be aware that the bread basket is not free. They put it on the table and when asked earlier was told its included. But it’s actually...
