The spacious restaurant has plenty of tables, and a comfortable ambiance. You will likely be greeted by Eugenio, who is wonderfully amiable, attentive to all your needs and makes the experience while dining there extremely pleasurable. Wow. One of the worst meals hands down I've ever had. I don't know what the chef is smoking but my "eggs Benedict with hoisin mushrooms" was one of the maddest things I've ever eaten. Flavours didn't work together at all. It came with a lot of hoisin sauce which I wasn't expecting, I thought the mushrooms would be "dry" not in tons of sauce. Also the eggs were massively undercooked they were basically a mush. Super awful. Came with a portion of patatas which were undercooked. All the food was served luke-warm.

I felt a bit traumatised afterwards it was that bad 🤣 being British not the best at complaining I just got on with it but yes it was a shocker. The guy serving who welcomed us was really nice and friendly to be fair .... It's the food that is...

We are disappointed with the small portion, pricey food and VERY slow service considering that day the store was not crowded. We have to wait for a good 30-40mins for our food to arrive. As if we ordered something really complicated, but it was only a simple cheese and ham sandwich and cheese and egg sandwich that you can toast for a quick max 3mins with a toaster. 22€ for that is not worth it. I hope they fix their service and study their price range so people can enjoy and appreciate more. I would say the store look and location is good! But it’s not enough to make a good cafe,...
