I`N Coffee&Tea - Café de especialidad — Restaurant in Valencia

Just what the busy shopping center area of Valencia needed. A REAL specialty coffee and high-end teas served in a beautiful sitting. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Waited on by a sweet young woman named Lisa. I believe she is the manager. She definitely knows how to make a quality latte!

Coffees are sourced from many places and many roasters. It was fun to recognize a lot of the roasters we have come to know throughout Spain.

Teas are whole leaf. A large variety of tins with detailed descriptions. Tea is served in a teapot like a real Japanese Teahouse.

Excellent quality all around and they offer plant based milks as oat and almond.

They have baked items. I was told they will offer more food items in the future. Baked IN-HOUSE by professional chef-baker Genya. We saw a handful of their offerings. Beautiful and creative. I can’t wait to try!

I’N has only been open one week this first part of January 2024. But the day we visited, it was very busy. A great sign of success.

I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee place in Valencia. While the coffee itself was just okay—not worth the steep €4 price—the service was an absolute disaster. I waited 15 minutes for a simple coffee, and when it finally arrived, the server said nothing, no apology or acknowledgment for the delay.

The atmosphere was tense, with several customers visibly frustrated as they also waited far too long for their orders. To make matters worse, the two waitresses prioritized takeaway orders over seated customers, leaving those of us feeling neglected and ignored.

Overall, the combination of mediocre coffee, poor service, and an uncomfortable atmosphere makes it hard to recommend this place. There are far better coffee spots in Valencia where you'll get quality service and better value...

This a great and professionally made coffee. There is a choice of different selections, you do need to wait for some time to get it. The beans were good, however I am a fan of more light roasted bins then the dark roasted beans of coffee. Also, I would make the cup or latte smaller - this is a quite big porción- smaller would be much better. There is a need for the waiting time to get your coffee and desert- around 5 minutes. The deserts are exception from the home food deserts which are clearly too good for the soul. I would for sure come back and recommend the place to visit and to try some soul...
