Worst experience in my two weeks traveling through Europe. They have two options one includes dessert/beverage and the other one doesn’t. It’s supposed to be unlimited sides and meats for both. They have a “system” they expect you to follow: they bring sides out first (they all tasted fine) the chicken skewer next, then pork, (cheapest). I asked the waiter to bring picanha (most traditional cut) and he kept saying “it’s coming”. I called the supervisor and he said he couldn’t just bring picanha and picanha (which shouldn’t matter since it’s unlimited meats). It also took so long in between skewers. When they finally brought the picanha it was approximately 8 oz for a table of 10 so it never got to me. We called the supervisor over again and again they came over except this time the piece was nearly raw; he shaved a few pieces off but most of it wasn’t edible. We complained to a different supervisor and they finally brought out a good piece of picanha except it was probably 6 oz so we got about 2 shavings each (not slices, shavings thin). We complained once more and the last piece brought out was burnt and chewy. None of the other cuts I tried were tender or properly cooked. I was angry but still hungry and needed to eat something, anything…but the waiters stopped coming to our table. We kept trying to flag them down and were ignored. We told the supervisor one more time and he “reprimanded” one waiter for not offering, but by this time I had lost my appetite. This is the only Brazilian restaurant I have ever been to where I couldn’t eat what I wanted to eat but rather was expected to eat whatever they served in the order they wanted to serve and cooked however they wanted it cooked. (I normally get my steaks medium or medium rare) The price was €19.95/28 out of which they made no apologies nor comps. The male supervisor was rude, condescending and annoying. We also ordered two pitchers of different types of sangria which had zero alcohol in them. Would definitely not...

Extremely disappointing experience. At first glance, the €18 all-you-can-eat price might seem like a great deal, but don’t be fooled — the quality and service fall far below expectations.

The meat was wildly inconsistent. Some cuts were nearly raw, while others were completely overcooked and dry. They bring the meats around way too fast, not giving you any time to enjoy what you’re eating. It almost feels like a strategy to make you thirsty so you order more drinks — which, of course, cost extra.

The higher-quality meats (like picanha or lamb) were brought out very rarely, if at all. We asked multiple times, but by the time they arrived — if they did — we were already full from lower-quality cuts. It felt like they were deliberately limiting the good stuff.

As for the side dishes — absolutely terrible. Frozen fries, tasteless rice, and stale bread made the whole meal feel like a cheap buffet rather than a proper rodízio experience.

Bottom line: don’t be tempted by the €18 price tag. It’s not worth it. The poor food quality, rushed service, and lack of proper variety completely ruin what should be a special dining experience. Spend a little more elsewhere and actually...

Y obviamente me esperé a mi cambio.

We ate here for our last night in Valencia. The place did not disappoint! Apart from a bit of a language barrier with our limited Spanish when first ordering, (it would help to have a translation on the menu as some other restaurants do) we received excellent and courteous service from the waiting staff, especially from Marcelo who could speak English well and had a wonderful, friendly manner when attending to us and other customers. All the meats were delicious, sizzling hot and flowed frequently. I would highly recommend eating here if you are a meat lover!

From 8:30pm to 22:30pm, the plate was always empty. The "black" staff in black clothes, glasses and leather shoes was a rude person from beginning to end. He was walking around with ridiculously small amounts of meat from beginning to end, but he didn't come to us once. When we went to pay, he swiped too much. We went back to communicate with him, but he didn't feel sorry for his service and random charges. With such service and 80% of the dishes are unpalatable, you still want to charge more than 20 euros? You might as well just rob them, at least the excessive salt will not put customers in the hospital! Seriously, if you can't afford to open a buffet, don't open it. This restaurant is really shameful!
