This was the worst restaurant experience of my life! My husband and I came here for lunch — the place was almost empty, only one table was occupied. Despite that, the waitress gave us a table right next to the bathroom. We asked to sit by the window, but instead she moved us to another small table, not where we wanted, even though the restaurant was completely empty!
The food came quickly, but then things got absolutely shocking — a cockroach appeared on the wall right next to our table! We were horrified. When the waitress came over, the cockroach had already crawled up the wall, and she just rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t help us since she didn’t see it. We asked to move to another table, but when we pulled out a chair — another cockroach crawled out from underneath!
At that point, our appetite and mood were completely ruined. We left without touching the food. I will be reporting this restaurant to the proper authorities for inspection. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to eat surrounded by cockroaches and...
Read moreThey spent money on the atmosphere. I’ll give them that. They definitely miss the mark on the food. Miso soup arrived very cold and tasted weird like they were trying to be creative but made it worse. I sent that back and asked for pork gyoza. Again, it missed the mark and arrived luke warm. The “pork” was chewy like it was not a part of the pig you want to eat, and it was buried in spices in order to make it seem fancy. I had their mixed appetizers and felt largely the same. Service was not great. Had a very difficult time getting them to come back after the food was dropped. That’s one thing I don’t care for in a lot of restaurants in this area of the world. They never check on you once they drop the food. They had 2 servers and only 6 customers dining in. Yet the servers seemed overwhelmed. I had to yell in order to get my check while both servers fumbled with delivery orders for way too long. They need to...
Read moreStaff was very nice and sweet. It's just the fact I asked for kimchi chicken udon and it came with broth... If you search for that, all the results show this plate has no broth, all sauce, reddish color. I specifically wanted this one because it's spicy, so if they added broth or they didn't know, it's pretty damn weird, they could've asked me if I wanted it soft, but I wanted this exactly because of the spice... Not because anything else, there's a big variety of plates to choose from anyway. The noodles weren't even red at all, they were white. I don't know, it was disappointing in one part, but in another, at least it was filling, it had broccoli, asparagus, spring onion and if so I believe spinach and meat. It's just the fact it didn't taste anything like kimchi. And the price of the drinks is very elevated, 3.20€ for soda or two euros with something for water,...
