La Piazza Aqua — Restaurant in Valencia

Certainly also partially bad luck but I won't return there again. We ordered a Pizza Regina and a Burrata, few minutes after our order, they brought the Pizzas for the table next to us. While serving one of their Pizzas, the other one slipped from the plate on the floor, bad luck, can happen. The waiter grabbed the Pizza from the floor, leaving the cheese and toppings still in the floor (this hasn't been cleaned during our whole stay there), telling them that they'll bring a new one. They then bring my friends Pizza and a Burrata salad (there is a Burrata Pizza on the menu, mistakes can happen but in case of doubt, one may just ask to clarify to avoid misunderstandings). They took the salad back and I had to wait for about 17more minutes to get my actual Burrata Pizza (wondering what took so long looking at the pictures).. While waiting, about 5minutes later, the woman on that same table next to us, turns around and pukes on the floor. The puke reaching our feet, we moved the table a bit to the right and waited for at least 3more minutes for someone to come, only to put paper on the vomit, leaving it on the floor the whole time. Finally my Pizza arrives, dry, eating Pizza dough with tomato sauce and a little Burrata - having the puke smell still around.. we ate quickly, paid and left .. barely an apology or anything but asked me if everything went well.. I never mind stressful situations, forgetting something, but this was disrespectful to...

Attention visitors and locals of Valencia, Spain: I do not recommend this restaurant!

As a tourist, I always stay at the Ilunion Aqua 4 Hotel, located within the Aqua Shopping Centre in Valencia, near the City of Arts and Sciences. In the past, I used to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant, La Piazza Aqua, but today was the absolute worst experience. I ordered a lasagne, and when it arrived, it was completely burnt – BLACK! The waiter, with a rude expression, asked if I wanted to change it. I said no because I was extremely hungry, but I truly regret not asking for a replacement.

The quality has declined significantly, and the customer service is appalling. Honestly, if you, whether tourists or locals in Valencia, don’t want to have a bad experience, avoid this establishment mentioned at the beginning of this post. I also want you to take a look at the photo of the lasagne I was served, along with the bill.

You’re better off going to a decent supermarket, buying your own lasagne, and cooking it at home. I promise it will taste much better. I’m leaving Valencia with a terrible experience to take back to London. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a single star (zero).

Worst of all, they didn’t even bother to apologize.

Let op, bezoekers en inwoners van Valencia, Spanje: Ik raad dit restaurant absoluut niet aan!

Als toerist verblijf ik altijd in het Ilunion Aqua 4 Hotel, gelegen in het Aqua Winkelcentrum in Valencia, vlak bij de Stad van Kunst en Wetenschap. In het verleden at ik vaak lunch of diner in dit restaurant, La Piazza Aqua, maar vandaag was het absoluut de slechtste ervaring. Ik bestelde een lasagne en toen die werd geserveerd, was die volledig verbrand – ZWART! De ober, met een onvriendelijke blik, vroeg of ik het wilde laten vervangen. Ik zei nee omdat ik ontzettend honger had, maar ik heb er echt spijt van dat ik geen vervanging heb gevraagd.

De kwaliteit is aanzienlijk achteruitgegaan en de klantenservice is schandalig slecht. Eerlijk gezegd, als je, of je nu toerist of inwoner van Valencia bent, geen slechte ervaring wilt, vermijd dan dit etablissement dat ik aan het begin van dit bericht noemde. Ik wil ook dat je naar de foto van de lasagne kijkt die ik geserveerd kreeg, samen met de rekening.

Je kunt beter naar een fatsoenlijke supermarkt gaan, je eigen lasagne kopen en die thuis klaarmaken. Ik beloof je dat die veel lekkerder zal zijn. Ik verlaat Valencia met een verschrikkelijke ervaring die ik mee terugneem naar Londen. Dit restaurant verdient niet eens één ster (nul).

Het ergste van alles is dat ze niet eens de moeite namen om hun excuses aan te bieden.

Atención visitantes y gente local de Valencia España: ¡no les recomiendo este restaurante!

Yo, como turista, siempre me alojo en el Hotel Ilunion Aqua 4, en el mismo centro comercial Aqua de Valencia, cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. En el pasado, siempre iba a almorzar o cenar en este restaurante La Piazza Aqua, pero hoy fue lo peor de lo peor. Pedí una lasaña y, cuando llegó, estaba totalmente quemada, ¡o sea, NEGRA! El chico me dice con mala cara que si quiero cambiarla. Le dije que no porque venía con mucha hambre, pero de verdad me arrepiento de no haberla cambiado. La calidad ha bajado muchísimo, y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. La verdad, si ustedes, turistas o locales de Valencia, no quieren tener una mala experiencia, no visiten este establecimiento llamado al principio de este post. También quiero que vean la foto de la lasaña que me sirvieron y, de paso, la factura.

Es mejor que vayan a un buen supermercado, compren su propia lasaña y la cocinen en casa. Les juro que les quedará más deliciosa. Me llevo una pésima experiencia a Londres. Este restaurante no merece ni una estrella (cero).

defiantly do NOT go if youre a tourist they do NOT RESPECT tourist at all, restaurant was not even 1/4 full and had us waiting outside for 15 minutes till we walked in and grabbed a staff attention to seat us, after seating us outside we waited 15 minutes for the menu but they never gave us any so I had to inside and 2 staff ignored me and then finally one understood me and gave me a menu, after that we ordered 2 fantas which cost over 8 euros! rip off. then they never came back to take the order of the food after waiting for 30 minutes, i had to constantly look back into the window and made countless eye contact with them to try take our order. we got tired of waiting and then went into the shop to pay for our drinks due to not being served food. the manager than shouted at us for some reason. defiantly would...
