Restaurante Orson — Restaurant in Valencia

I had passed by this restaurant regularly for a while now. I only noticed it when they recently changed the paint colour of their facade, and then realised that I had a Peruvian restaurant close-by all this time.

The food is simple, honest, and unbelievably tasty. Their ceviche is delicious, albeit limited to just three types. Their meat and fish dishes are fresh and tasty. We tried their house wine, which was light and fruity. Service is swift and friendly and their menu del dia changes and is very reasonably priced. The menu shows off the best of Peruvian cuisine, with a slight fusion to Valencian here and there.
