A suggestion from a friend led us to Moish bar after a tiring day. As someone who strays away from intoxicants, this place is advertised as a restaurant that gives the same experience while serving only non alcoholic beverages. After ordering a chocolate milkshake for myself and a lime mojito for my friend, which they said will take 'only' 10 minutes, our tired selves waited for more than an hour to replenish ourselves with refreshments, only to be served with 2 mango lassies. Missing order notes is understandable, but taking the time they took only to give us the wrong order was... just plain frustrating. As frustrated as we were, we were also tired. So we sorted to drinking the lassie, which was actually decent. Terrible Experience – Zero Professionalism!

I had the worst experience at Moishbar today. I ordered the last Brownie Milkshake, and they accepted my order. But guess what? Right after that, one of their friends showed up and ordered the same thing. Suddenly, they told me they were "out of stock"—but magically, their friend still got the Brownie Milkshake!

This is absolutely disgusting behavior and the worst professionalism I have ever seen at a food place. Playing favorites with customers is unacceptable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they run their business.

Never visiting again! Save your money and go somewhere that actually values...
