KFC - Colombo 1 — Restaurant in Colombo

I ordered 3 chicken spicy rices months ago which is 480/= per one rice. They deliverd it to me after 1 1/2 hour. I took it and the rice is not what I ordered but box is same, which I am pretty sure that they did it on purpose.. I called again and changed it and took another 1 hour.(Kiribathgoda outlet) Again, I ordered 2 spicy rices today around 7.15 pm. and after 1 hr 15 mins later I called and they told it was dispatched. So, I waited for another 15 mins and haven't got any call from the rider. So, I called and asked to cancel the order. The person who got the call refuse to cancel it, and gladly I ordered it to pay on delivery. So, I said that I won't pay for it. That's how I cancelled it.(Kiribathgoda) As a well named company, I am so dissapointed about KFC. I have faced these kind of things with KFC all the time. Ontime fresh delivery is pretty rare with the KFC. I am ordering from pizza hut, dominos, burger king, mc donalds.. still they deliver our orders correctly, on time and fresh.. Just think 10, 20 times before order...

TODAYS SPECIAL OFFER OF BBQ CHICKEN WINGS WITH MAGGOTS. Todays offer of BBQ chicken wings from Rajagiriya outlet came with the compliments of a maggot! Their CEO was insistent that it could not happen as its cooked at 240deg centigrade. So it comes down to my daughter, son and I having to find a maggot for the fun of it and to take pictures with KFC BBQ chicken wings, making it a good excuse to go on a diet by not having our dinner after spending LKR 900. What we do to lose waight and did we not have fun trying to keep the maggot from crawling off the plate pending the outlet managers ghost delivery boys arrival to collect the sample. What impressed me most was the same repetitive answer from the CEO, GM, outlet manager, outlet assistant manager of “it cannot happen as its cooked at 240deg............” I never heard the word sorry. SO SPICE UP YOU MEAL WITH...

Hi thanks for opening an outlet in nittambuwa I had a very bad experience in ur out in malwatha nittambuwa my first visit was very good the boys there on that day we're very helpfull .but my visit today was not satisfied at all by the girl on duty in the evening I ordered 20 pieces of kfc chicken and a 6 portion .i ask her if this is large pieces she said yes Sir it drumlets I did not understand but paid the money .since it was not what I need for the evening I requested the the girl I need to change she refused ..but she could have avoid the bill since i am going to order for a different pack but she refused and said no .i dont know if this is onevof ur rules but u should bend the rules specialy at a time like this .it is bad impression when u turn down the customers at once NO i call the hot line to make complain...
