⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Pasta Factory - A Culinary Gem in Galle Fort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Pasta Factory in Galle Fort, and it was an unforgettable experience. This restaurant is a haven for Italian food lovers, offering a range of handmade pastas and authentic dishes that truly transport you to Italy. We tried the Tagliatelle and Ravioli, both of which were incredibly delicious and authentic. The flavors were rich and the pasta was perfectly cooked. It's evident that the ingredients are fresh and the dishes are made with great care and expertise. One of the standout features of The Pasta Factory is their wide variety of options, including a fantastic selection for those who are gluten-free. It's wonderful to see a restaurant cater so thoughtfully to dietary needs without compromising on taste or quality. The beverage selection is also impressive, complementing the meal perfectly. And I must mention their tiramisu – it’s simply the best I've had in a long time, a perfect ending to a delightful meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent dining experience. If you're in Galle Fort, The Pasta Factory is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

WE LOVED LOVED LOVED it here!! We went here 2 times on two different days ordered 4 different meals (in total) and everything was soo yummy 😋 we've had pasta and didn't regretted it at all! The service was nice and fast. They even recognized us the second time (let's see if they do again because we'll have lunch there tomorrow 🥰)! Everything we asked for we've received, it's so lovely in the cute little restaurant you feel like you're in some different place ❤️ The only sad thing about our visits was the desert menu. I really wanted to have tiramisu and they didn't had it both times (not positive about tonight..) and then I thought okey I'll have the crepe.. didn't had that either.. sure that just means they'll make it fresh but a little bit structure would be nice like "hey we just have this one on monday and the other one on friday" or so.. putting it on the general menu and haven't something to offer is I think the wrong way. But I'm just saying that so no one thinks this comment is fake it's to positive 😂 I SO SO recommend to go here, I think we even met the owner, she looks like a very lovely person! So good job everyone - see you later 😘

A nice place to enjoy authentic Italian pasta in Galle. I tried ravioli , pasta and coffee latte as a hot beverage and Ice Moka as a cold beverage. The meals were so yummy 🤤. They have a home made pasta and a home made sauce and that combination is great. The staff is very friendly and serves the order as soon a they can. It may take some time to prepare them because they start prepare the meals after we place the order. At the day I visited there (2022-11-05) cards wasn’t accepted by them. Only cash. The price is something expensive but it is worthy because it is authentic Italian and the unique taste of the meals. Ravioli - Veg 12pcs 1950-2650 Fish 24pcs 2650 Chicken Pasta - 1950 (1 person) Beverages - Ice Moka - 900 large glass (made with chocolate ice cream, cappuccino etc) Coffee latte - 600 medium glass (milk and cappuccino)

Update : Recommended. I visited this place again with my friends. Last time, I had some bad experiences with the service, but this visit was completely different. We enjoyed the food and received superb service. I highly recommend this place to everyone for the best authentic pasta in Galle Fort. The handmade pasta is delicious and truly stands out. The attention to detail in both the food preparation and customer service made our visit very enjoyable. If you're looking for a great spot to indulge in authentic pasta, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! --- Old : Location is nice and the atmosphere is awesome. However, the staff was not attentive. I had the Nutella crepe, which was soggy and lacked flavor. The pasta is much better, in my opinion.

This is the place where I had the best pasta ever in my life. Their pastas are fresh and homemade with best ingredients. Show kitchen allowed us to enjoy how they prepare our order. Menu was full of options to serve all taste palates. We ordered three drinks and all three was amazing. Starters and mains were absolutely delicious and all menu item that we enjoyed were worth for price. Portions were enough and we could not finish all what we ordered. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Owner Ms. Paola also was kind enough to have a chat with us and It was very interesting while we dining. We ordered two desserts as well one brownies' and one crepe, those were super tasty. Highly recommend this place and I will visit again for sure.

Pasta Factory makes the most delectable Italian food in Galle. Our food was so fresh, and the portion size was perfect. I even had leftovers for lunch the next day! We ordered a house made spaghetti with a mushroom sauce and it is genuinely some of the best pasta I’ve eaten. The decor is so cute inside with Italian memorabilia! And the staff are so kind, and really take the time to talk to you, and give you recommendations if like me- you’re a little indecisive. Lastly, if you’re a fan of cute dogs, you’ll love this place. There are cute dogs (in need of adoption) in the restaurant who are very mellow, and sweet. If you have the means to donate to their wellbeing, and the general wellbeing of animals in Sri Lanka, be sure to inquire!
