Lovely organic restaurant in Gothenburg if you are looking for a unique dinner experience. With their natural wines we were treated to 5 star service from our waitress. Very attentive and informative of every dish and wine we were presented with. I had the asparagus to start with and this along with the desert was my favourite. The main was parsnip and all though the sauce was creamy and packed flavour the parsnip was slightly woody in consistency. My desert was the rhubarb with black pepper and sorbet which was delicious! My friend had the steak tartare for starter with picked egg yolk and this was very nice. She had the flounder with trout roe sauce and it was creamy and tasty. When we turned up at our reserved time, the place was quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. By the time we were finished we had been the only people in there for at least half an hour, yet never felt and pressure to rush or finish up. The last who runs it was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave lots of detail about each dish: where the food had come from, why the flavours were paired etc. we had the 3-course set menu which was a perfect amount of food, and shared a bottle of wine that she had recommended.

Pleasant restaurant with lots of wine. The restaurant likes to use multiple ingredients in small amounts. The raw beef has so many ingredients that one cannot taste the meat. Still, the taste is nice. You get trendy food at a reasonably affordable price. Trendy in 2022 means that you will not find any potato in sight and very little carbs in general. Don't do any exercise before going to the restaurant! Fortunately, salt is still allowed by the arbiters of taste.
