Al Forno — Restaurant in Stockholm

The pizza was tasty and stylish in a non-North American way. Is it a European style..? Either way it made it interesting and at the cost, tasty enough. Just remember if you are from Canada, or America, to ask them to cut it first if you’re taking it away. I was staying in a hotel nearby and brought two pies back only to discover that they hadn’t been sliced. No knife, no problem. We ripped it apart lol. I went back a week later to have some spaghetti, with my daughter, and asked about why they had not sliced it..? Apparently that’s how most pizzerias in Stockholm do it. Anyways, on to the spaghetti dinner. This time we decided to dine in. The atmosphere there is very cozy and relaxing, as well as being quite small, so keep that in mind if going there during a busy time. The spaghetti dinner had a children’s price, but after paying for both with just a small bottle of water, plus a tip, it came up to over $40. The spaghetti as opposed to the pizza was just fair, same going for the portion size. My recommendation is to go there for the pizza and it’ll be a good...

HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE. I went for lunch with my colleagues. One of them ordered a beer. The waiter was walking by and bumped into his arm and he accidentally tipped the class over, pouring beer all over me. The waiter took absolutely no responsibility and didn't even apologize. I said nothing and just went down to the bathroom and spent the next 15 minutes drying my sweater under the hand dryer. As I exited the waiter was standing there, still claiming that it wasn't his fault, that he just accidentally bumped into my colleague, who he claimed was actually responsible. I didn't and I never do look for compensation, but just for the record: obviously none was offered, not even close. But taking responsibility with a simple "sorry" would have sufficed.

I went back to my table and started eating my schnitzel. It tasted like sun-dried trash....

So where do I start! I went with my girlfriend’s family who are from the north of Sweden, it’s in a nice location sunny and nice to sit outside. The food horrible one order completely wrong and the waiter with a big Afro just did not seem like he wanted to be there extremely Arrogant and impolite after getting the order wrong. So out comes the correct order the salmon plank and it’s completely raw so more attitude and arrogance from him over the complaint. Lots of waiting for a new one and lots of attitude from the waiter even when we asked to be compensated for the mistakes. DO NOT EAT HERE , if they decide to fix their mistakes I will change this but service for our hard earned money was...
