Had an incredible dining experience at Rydbergs Bar & Matsal AB! The interior was warm and inviting, with a decor that was both elegant and comfortable. My steak was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and exactly at the right doneness, with a rich butter sauce that enhanced the meat's natural flavors. The accompanying sides complemented the dish beautifully.

The crème brûlée was an absolute delight - a silky smooth custard with a perfectly caramelized sugar top that cracked satisfyingly with my spoon. The classic dessert was executed flawlessly, with a rich vanilla flavor that was the perfect end to the meal. Our server was extremely professional and attentive, taking care of our every need throughout the evening. Considering the quality, the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return to Rydbergs Bar & Matsal AB and highly recommend it...

For starters we ordered the prawn gambas and fried calamari. The gambas was a little bit small in portion but both the starters tasted good. I preffered the fried calamari the most as they were tender and the fried batter was very crispy and light. We both ordered the wild meatballs and it was absolutely delicious, maybe even the best meatballs I have tasted. The wild meat was very flavourful and everything else on the plate complemented it well from the light mashed potatoes, lingonberries, the creamy gravy and the pickles. For dessert we have creme brulée, and I think you can’t go wrong with that. Restaurant Review: Rydberg – Stockholm Visited this Swedish restaurant with high hopes. The interior is charming and cozy, but sadly, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.

We had Plankstek with mashed potatoes and red wine sauce. The mashed potatoes were the best part—smooth and tasty. However, the meat portion was tiny, overcooked, and the red wine sauce was barely there.

Service was a mixed bag: the waiter who showed us to the table was friendly and professional, but the one who served our food was careless and inattentive.

At 350 SEK per person, I expected more. I've had much better food for less.
