When we arrived, around 5pm, we wanted to have something fresh like a kanelbulle with our coffee but nope they didn't have these anymore (finished) or any other fikabröd or barely anything left. They had few rediculous balls of apple and cinnamon that are as small as the average köttbulle and cost 35 kronor and some old pie that cost at least 50 kronor, however no vegan or no-lactose cream. Their "Americano" coffee was from the brewer, so you pour coffee yourself (!?) and it tasted sour like it's been sitting there from the day before. When I had ordered, the person in the reception says "Is it alright if you take it like that?" by which she meant the plates and coffee. Seriously? Her colleague said "here there's a tray". Bad service, stressed out about what!? There were barely any customers, they had nothing to serve but what I mentioned (and a tiny expensive cheese pie) and they were running from and to the kitchen like chickens. I wanted some calm and pleasant time with my mom to talk about few things but instead we felt irritated. If we asked about the toilette, or wanted something else, they would be not be available (but again, in a hurry and stressed)... The dirty dishes from past customers were spread on multiple tables. Won't be going there...
