Flippin' Burgers — Restaurant in Stockholm

Food was ok, but nothing special, fries were nice and crispy and the burger was quite heavy but small and the price was about high for that quality. Also the place had a smell that reminded more of McDonalds rather than a classy joint while being almost empty.

Staff was very untrained and did not adhere to the minimum standards: -tried taking food and drinks away before it was finished did not know their own (albeit rather limited) drink menu and asked several times what a makers mark was and which flavour we wanted when they finally served the whiskey and we asked for a whiskey glass, instead of a shot glass, they became defensive and pissed and brought it with ice, even though it was specifically asked not to...

Maybe they were new, maybe a bad day, but please at least take constructive, short and neutral suggestions or requests rather than getting all mad about it....

Absolutely amazing burger experience! I’m a Californian so I know a good burger. This one was juicy, beautifully charred, and extremely satisfying. From the bun to the meat to the sauce, it was a great burger. The fries were also perfectly crispy and salted.

Now the service deserves its own paragraph. Shoutout to Jashin (not sure how the name is spelled). My friend and I walked in 20 minutes before closing on a Tuesday night, and although the kitchen had already started cleaning, they made our order. At first we were told that they could only accept takeout, but he ended up allowing us to stay and eat there. While we waited for them to reheat the oil and grill, we were offered complimentary ice cream. We were blown away by the generous and attentive service as well as the superb food. We went to Flippin' Burgers with a bigger group during lunch time. The first small downside is that you cannot reserve a table. If you want to go with a bigger group this can be a problem as there are only a few spots for bigger groups. But it is not a show-stopper of course.

I took the vegan SNS burger and I was a bit disappointed to be honest. The burger was quite small, the bun was not self-made and it was a bit "boring"/not creative. I like "Beyond Meat" in general, but they could still have put some more love into the burger. I guess quantity matters more than quality.

I will not go there again - I would rather buy a Beyond Meat patty myself and make a better...
