Il Molo — Restaurant in Stockholm

Very bad restaurant. The waitress’s attitude changed when we said we didn’t want to sit beside the toilet (they gave us a seat next to the toilet when every other seat was free). Me and my family ordered 3 pizza and all of them were burned and the waitress gave us an attitude when I asked them to give me a new pizza. They didn’t give us bread or anything while we waited, I had to go and ask for bread and they forgot to give us our drinks. It took a long time for our food to come. We even spent 200kr on a pasta that wasn’t even worth 50kr. There was no toilet paper when I went to the toilet. Even the customers were unhappy with the service. Looks like a cozy and nice place at Gallerian mall, but dont let the appearance fool you.

I was craving to eat a nice italian dish and it was a complete disaster.

I ordered a "Garganelli al manzo" and table wine.

Pasta was not al dente, sauce tasted like milk cream with pepper, came with only few tiny pieces of meat, tasted like excessive black pepper. Definitely not italian and terribly prepared.

Seemed like people at the kitchen did not have a clue on italian food preparation and too much cost savings are applied in the meat, training and meal preparation.

Sad food, annoying experience and money lost.

Final bill: circa SEK 360 and one of the worst italian experiences...

This is what they served us when we ordered lasagna. When I tried to complain and explain why this is not right, especially when the price is so high to the manager and owner of the restaurant she said to me that she doesn’t have time to listen to me and that I should go. I tried politely to explain that my only intention was to give her my feedback and explain that this behavior is not proper not only towards a customer but towards a human being.
