SPACE Stockholm — Attraction in Stockholm

Could be really nice to go here but it takes about 20 minutes to setup chats, find each other on steam, etc. Then a lot of games aren't up to date so you have to sit and wait for them to get updated. On the Space steam accounts you still need to add the other Space steam accounts of people sitting around you, which should just be done already. There is just so many things about going and playing here that's annoying that makes it better to just stay at home and play. Biggest strength with the place is about sitting physically next to each other like a classic LAN but even that wasn't possible today because screens was broken on the 2 free 5 man rows. I dont want to go here and pay the first half hour to do setup stuff that should already be done. Also make a local ventrilo or teamspeak so people can just talk to each...

Worst experience, been frequent guest for over 2 years, never coming back again.

Came in today to play some Dota 2, then in 5 min they got their security on me accusing of “you know what you did, you need to get out of here”. When I asked what I did, they’ve been trying to “clarify with boss”, and after 20 minutes they’re like “ok, you’re good, you can play”.

We’ve decided to refund all hours and purchases, and member of staff that was communicating with me previously asked “what’s the problem?”

We’ve explained that it was a stressful situation with security standing looking at me like I committed some wrongdoing (when in reality they missed me with another person.

Staff person said “What can I do? Sorry,” that was amazingly bad situation handling, so never coming there...

We have been there 3 times now and the staff has been so rude every time.. not willing to help at all. We had to ask 4 different staff who just redirected us to another person everytime we went there and and the atmosphere was just awful.. when we were finally able to log in on a pc one of them crashed and it took a solid 20 min to fix. The entry door to the computers were awful and it takes way too long to get in and out since you can only go one person at a time. Space has soo much potential but they really need better staff and to figure out some better way to let people in and out Would not...
