Bastard Burgers — Restaurant in Stockholm

Despite the usual high quality of burgers they do not prioritise their meatless burger orders what so ever. I went here for lunch and ordered the vegan monthly special. I ordered first in my party of seven people. Me and a friend who also ordered vegan, directly after me, sat waiting for 20+ minutes before we went back up to the register to ask why our burgers were taking so long. During this time all other people in our group had received their meals, as well as some people who were after our party in line. We waited another 5-10 minutes at the register before we got our food. No apologies from the staff. Then when I got to the center of my burger it was lukewarm bordering on cold. When I went back to the register with the burger they could not guarantee I would not have to wait just as long for a new one but were at least courteous enough to offer me a gift card for the value of my burger. However, I only had some of my burger and had to get lunch elsewhere. Those in my party who ordered meat had a good experience but I will not return here for lunch.
