Place looks nice and cozy, however visiting it on monday evening, we met probably most rude and arrogant waiter. During our entire stay he was rude. Starting with absolutely rude manner to offer us most inconvenient tables in the empty restaurant (obviously place was not booked at all, only 2 tables were busy at that time), no interest to explain properly how each tapas tastes (ignorant answers like: ”as latino tapas is tastes good”); during bringing us food he splashed the sauce from plate on the table and immediately started to blame my friend. At this point we were already: ”but are you serious now? What’s wrong with you?” Indeed his colleague who brought us cocktails and the bill was absolutely polite and nice, but evening mood already ruined. While us leaving the place, same rude one waiter just told ”baaaayyy”. Whoever manages the place should really think about staff they hire. If the employee has any personal issues, probably needs to works with something else but not people. Vi var ett större sällskap om ca 10 personer. Dålig service och trist mat. Märklig stämning överlag från personalen. De var avvaktande och stod mest och tittade mot oss.Var inte proaktiva överhuvudtaget. Jag, som fyllde år, fick be om att de ställde ut mer vatten på bordet och fick snabbt svar tillbaka ”det står ju vatten där”. Jag fick då säga att det snart trillar in fler i sällskapet, alla inte kommit än. Så vore bra om bordet och allt liksom var ”klart”. Var ett födelsedagsfirande för oss men ingenting från personalen kändes speciellt eller kul, att de gjorde något extra. Vi fick BE om att beställa välkomstdrinkar när gästerna trillade in. Aldrig att personalen var framme vid bordet och sa ”välkommen, önskar du en drink före maten?” till mina vänner. Det var JAG, som fyllde år, som fick se till att mina vänner hade dryck i glasen och en bra stund. De stod bara och avvaktade, så märkligt. Sen fick vi BE om att beställa och likaså betala. Det blev även fel i beställningen av maten då vi fick en rätt för mkt. Personalen sa inte ”hoppsan, ursäkta” utan hela bordet på 10 pers skulle gå igenom vad de beställt för att hitta var felet låg. Tog flera minuter och var och en fick säga ”ja det var jag” på frågor som ”en Patatas bravas?”. Absurdt. Tråkigt mitt i firandet och kändes så skumt. Sen sa serveringspersonalen ”visst var det gott, säg JA!” när vi åt. Frågade inte utan konstaterade. Vi vågade inte säga annat men de flesta tyckte maten var smaklös och långt ifrån bästa tapasen.
