Yume Sushi Odengatan — Restaurant in Stockholm

Unpleasant and unfriendly staff. My best friend and I are on vacation here in Stockholm and we're not from Sweden so we are reliant on the English language. We're both fluent so that was not a problem for us, but the cashier could not understand us at all. It made it challenging for us to communicate with him and unfortunately we're not familiar enough with the basics of Swedish so we had no idea what to expect from our food.

The sushi was okay, but the avacado in especially the California and Salmon roll was very dominant and ruled out the rest of the flavours. After a couple of pieces, I've had enough and couldn't stand the avocado flavour anymore.

We weren't aware that the rolls were that big as well. There's no website to check out before you go out to eat so, again, we had no idea what to expect.

The place was full of flies and it was absolutely disgusting. I personally would not recommend...

Very unprofessional service. They just look at you with blank stares when taking your order. The overflow of staff are all just sitting in a lump around the cashier laughing and talking in Chinese very loud while watching videoclips on the phone. It's all a bit bizarre. They don't seem to care about customer experience at all. I expect this at a burger joint but not at a sushi place.

Fresh tasty sushi. I ordered a take away sushi combo with 30 pieces. It was a mix of salmon and variety of other fish together with 20 salmon maki. All in all well presented and fresh. Sushi peaces good but rice was falling apart a bit. Miso soup was ok. You can have take away or eat at the restaurant, indoors or outside on a pretty busy street.
