I’ve been here a few times, and while I’m happy a place like this exists in Stockholm, there is a lot of room for improvement. I keep going because different friends want to try it, or I get vouchers for a free meal here from Korean events. But I’m actually getting to where I don’t even want to eat here for free unless major improvements are made. I have eaten the oumph “wings” a few times with different sauces. I appreciate that a veg option is offered, but I wish they would use a different meat alternative. Oumph becomes very dry the way they prepare it, and it doesn’t imitate chicken. The oumph cost 20 kr more than chicken, maybe because Oumph has become expensive itself. But a veggie option shouldn’t cost more than meat. I do appreciate the chicken mu that comes with the wings. I was excited to see a new sauce which is hotter than the First Crush but less hot than the buldak sauce. But, the Seoul Chili was way too oily for me and I didn’t enjoy it at all. Instead, A spicier version of the original 양념 flavor would be nice. Another negative is that, at least two of the times I’ve been here, the food took a very long time to come out. Once it took 45 minutes and we didn’t have time to try the bingsu we had come to try. Yesterday I finally tried the bingsu. It was good, but just very overpriced. In general, I feel most of the food is overpriced for what you get. Especially the oumph wings. Maybe the cost is high because the serving size is so big. My pictures are of the medium size. I, and the friends I have been here with, would prefer a smaller size for cheaper. My future trips here will probably be to drink the nice selection of Korean alcohols they have with a snack. But I’m very over the oumph wings.

Update 1: I went back again, trying out lots of food and new versions. Some were good, some not, some way too salty!! Overall, no choice in options compared to Korea but there were some definite never buy again. They threw away the hulk chicken which was a medium at 179, it was disgustingly sour. The spring onion one was just all salt... the others were good/ fine. Update 2: We ordered and waited, then she came over 20 minutes later and said we can't get our food because the girl before didn't put down the order!! They kicked us out (6 of us) because they had the table booked for a reservation, but like... what ridiculous service is that? To take our orders and then say you can't let us have it. It's the same price as if you had new customers, plus it was desserts we ordered, so it would take 10 minutes at max to eat. After this experience, the stars are lower. The food was good. We stood waiting for 20 minutes with no seats and had spoken to 3 different staff who said to wait by the door. There were spare seats around but didn't let us sit. Later, they let us sit, but by the toilet/ kitchen, so it was non-stop staff walking by, I couldn't even sit straight on my chair because they would walk super close. It was a short meal but I think they need more staff/ organisation. I'm not sure if there was even a point in reserving if we had to wait anyway

I was here at few weeks ago as I was introduced to it by some colleagues. We all went here to get some lunch and honestly, the food was pretty good. They had a hand full of options which you could choose from which I really liked. I went with the jalapeño mayo chicken burger and I have to say, it was the right choice. The flavours were all there and the chicken was fried to a perfect crisp. However, I did feel a little too full after finishing my meal as everything on the plate was fried. But that's just me. I would probably try this place out again, but next time I might skip on the hash browns as the burger it self was massive. Aside from the food, the atmosphere was quite nice. There was a strong Korean influence to the interior design which was very cool. The staff were also very kind and gave me a run down on each item on the menu! Another point to make was that they unfortunately did not serve the just the fried chicken. Apparently that is only on the evening menu. I think I would've felt a little better after eating if I could order just chicken. All in all, Monster Chicken gets a solid 4 stars🌟

First and foremost, the food was great. We got the signature Monchi first crush and Pa Padak, which were both very tasty.

When we arrived at our table, which we also booked in advanced, we didn't get a menu or any drinks until we had to go ourselves and ask for it, and this was 20min of us already waiting to get any kind of service. Our waitress was only focused on her big table and forgot about the rest of us "small groups" and she made it very obvious that she forgot about us since she also said it to our face. When we did order our drinks, only my partner got his drink and i had ordered water, which at 40 min I still haven't gotten. It is understandable when it's busy and she also apologized the first time for "forgetting us", but it did happen again since i didn't get my water (which btw, everyone else got before even ordering anything at their table) for another 20min (i did repeatedly ask to get it meanwhile).

In summary, since you only have a reservation for 90 min, and we got our food after 55min, we were to say the least very annoyed and stressed. But if you come for the food, you've found a...
