The staff were being rude. I ordered a zang zang cha with less ice and then they gave me the wrong boba. Which was matcha boba. Then I went to counter to say that this boba is not what I ordered. Then they said “but I said to you its matcha boba 3times”. And I was really counfused. But I still remember when they said “ok so more matcha boba”. But I couldnt hear really well because the noise coming from people talking ,so I thought its just a more tapioca pearl,because I thought there will be more pearl when there is less ice.So I said “but I ordered zang zang cha with less ice” and then they said “ok I will give you zang zang cha anyways but next time you need to listen carefully”. Maybe this doesnt sound really rude but I did not felt good when I heard that.It felt like they are teaching me. So basically I ordered zang zang cha with less ice but they did not heard what I said then they thought that I’m going to take matcha boba and that was why they reminded me for 3times,and they said that I need to hear carefully next time. Which I felt so disrespectful. And they were just really mad at me. Of course its also my fault that I did not listen carefully what they said to me but they also did not listen to me really well. And they didn’t even apologize to me. Then the staff started to make zang zang cha to me and it took like 10sec. The staff was really mad at me. The boba that I got didn’t even taste really good. The venue is nice but I was very unimpressed with the staff. They didn't ask for my ice/sweetness preference but more importantly they didn't even listen to what I tried ordering. I specifically specified that I wanted neither ice nor sugar but when it was served it contained both. Even when this was pointed out to them I was met with a blank stare rather than an offer to filter out the ice (this is before I knew that it was sweetened too). As a result, the whole drink had tasted weird compared to what I was after and keeps throwing me off. I would have felt a lot more amiable if they had offer to filter out the ice or at least tried apologising rather than responding with "oh I didn't hear". Was initially a little hesitant to get something from this place since the location (underground next to the train station) was a little sketchy and that it was a quiet Sunday afternoon. Despite that, the selection of bubble teas seemed legit and the snacks/pastries looked nice. I got myself and my friend a matcha cheese tea and spring oolong cheese tea.
