Atrocious experience. Ordering was nice and quick, but then waiting for the coffee to be prepared took about 20 minutes. The sandwiches we ordered were cold by that time. The employee who made our drinks seemed amateurish and I think they forgot our order.
Although, the displays on the wall that were supposed to display the menu didn't work, due to a power outage yesterday, so we weren't given that much choice in what go order since we don't remember the more exotic things they have at Espresso House. Strange that they hadn't been able to restart the displays since then.
The coffee was served in plastic cups, even though we told we were going to sit in the cafeteria. Apparently they were out of ceramic cups.
We also asked for extra hot coffee, and they confirmed they would make it extra hot. But it turned out to be only lukewarm.
The available tables were uncleaned and filled with dishes from previous guests. That's where all the ceramic cups had gone, I suppose. Our table also looked kinda disgusting with splashes of some weird liquid on the table and one of the chairs.
The toilet didn't have any soup or hand sanitizer. So we had to ask for it at the counter. Hand sanitizers they didn't have at all, but soup they were able to refill.

A very unpleasant girl told me you need to order first, and i told her I will order, but I need the toilet first there is a line to wait in. Her answer was Sorry! I went and stayed in line and after I order and this really nice guy apologized for what happened because he overheard, i asked him specifically not to start the order before i come back from the toilet. He assured me that. When I came back, that same girl have already prepared my late that the foam went low and her colleague questioned me if i took my order or trying to fool them. I READ her tag to put her name on this feedback, all I read was shift leader. Well to you I say, you are the worst and I would really appreciate teaching her how to smile or how a real service happen. I do not understand these terrible incidents putting a customer in front of others in such situations, learn how to read a person, how they dress what brand they have, before assuming that they are tricking you for anything. The guy who took my order just forgot to not put whipped cream on my salted caramel latte thus the four stars. Though, I didn't ask him to give me another one coz I am already hungry and eager to have my breakfast. The place is clean and surprisingly not crowded.
