Sent an email to request to be placed on the guest list (since I was told that this was required to enter this bar/club). Clearly stated my details and dates that I would be visiting in my email to them. Then, I promptly got the following response email: "Hi.
Guestlist is for regulars only.
Oscar " I then further queried in my response email asking them to be more specific with what they meant by that and asked them how then to become a regular at the bar/club. And they responded to this as follows:
"Hi.
We are a small place were we focus on our regulars therefor we do on most nights not offer any positions to anyone but those regulars, becoming a regular is done by knowing staff and regular visits over time.
Oscar"
My conclusion so far has been this, if any of you are interested in meeting people for serious connections (not casual things) then skip this bar/club as clearly the management have not been ethical in their handling of who is allowed to enter this bar/club. If this is indeed the case then why bother wasting your time as the people who patronise these kind of bars/clubs most likely are supportive of these unethical practices which are largely unwarranted. If they only allow a specific group of people to enter then they should clearly state it to stop wasting the precious time of others who make the trip down to the bar/club just to be denied entry by the bouncers. If their reasons for disallowing certain people are for discriminatory reasons (which may be the reason why they don't clearly state it on their website) then all the more the Swedish enforcement authorities should work to investigate this establishment and the way it is run and close it down if necessary. I don't think anyone with the right mind would want this unethical bar/club to spoil the otherwise...
Read moreWas there last weekend recommended by a friend! Everything was going well until I order a drink. At first the guys at the bar we’re rude and not interested at all serving or give attention to customers. I order the first drink (negroni) when was time to pay I saw 195 kr. I ask myself dawn expensive but it’s is what is. After maybe 20 minutes I order the same drink to another bartender. When was time to pay the price was already different 150 kr. I was like ok,something is off here will go ask the girl who served me. Didn’t want to create any trouble, just wanted to someone clarify that. I approached the barmaid and asked her about the different price. Her answer was “ I normal serve 6 dcl instead of 4 dcl”. I answered her that’s not ok since your colleague serve me the same drink but for a different price. She was so rude and annoyed then aske me “ what do you want?” Just to be clarified that’s all I said. Right after very rude again she aske me “do you want a shot?” I said you know what I don’t want anything was only trying to understand the price differences. So if you gonna go there be aware of this. I can only imagine how many time she does this in order...
Read moreBouncers there are the worse! Extremely rude, they think they are the owners of the place. They um purpose let people in line for a while just to tell them that you need reservations to get in. Fine. But than let us know before we cue so we don’t stand there like idiots? Also, another time me and my friends just wanted to go in for a few drinks. It was early and the place was EMPTY but they didn’t let us in anyway instead were sending us off to other places around we could go to. The times I was inside; very pricy watery cocktails and difficult to get a drink at the bar. Very unpleasant place. There are plenty of nice places you could go to just...
